His little Star

Chapter 1

Star P.O.V.

'Star come to my office. We need to talk.' linked my dad.

'On my way' I told him.

  If you haven't guessed I'm Star the daughter of Alpha Rick Sky and Luna May Sky of the Sky falls pack. I have an older brother Mat who is the next Alpha of our pack. I'm 5'6 with silver hair and my mom's bright blue eyes. My brother looks just like are dad at 6'3 with jet black hair deep blue eyes. We grow up really close to each other. He’s only a year older than me so we were always together and shared friends.

  When I get to my father's office I raise my hand to knock but I hear my father say come in. Once inside I see my mother and father sitting at his oak desk. "Sit down Star. We need to talk to you" says my mother. "We know you turn 17 on Saturday and you will be going to this year’s ball" said my father. "Why do I have to go? What if my mate is here in the pack? Ben and Cameron just turned 17 last month. What if one of them is my mate? Neither of them have found their mate yet." I yell.

  Ben is Beta Smith's son and my brother's beta. Cameron is the Delta Berets son and the next Delta of the pack. You see Alphas, Betas, and Deltas are mated within high ranking pack members only. Very rarely do they have a mate that does not have a title. Like my best friend Katy is the mate to Ben’s twin brother Arthur. Who decided that he didn’t want to be Co-Bata with his brother. Which is why I’m hoping one of them is my mate so I don’t leave home.

  My brother links me 'Why are you yelling? I can hear outside the door.' He just walks in without knocking and sits on the couch to the left of our father's desk. He just had a board look on his face. He doesn’t like to be called in to meetings that I’m having with our parents. Normally he comes in and lays on the couch while we think  that he's listening to us. However he's sitting and looking at me this time.

  "Star, everyone this year is to be at the ball this year even if you are mated. The King and Queen have decided that the Princess is to pick a mate this year if he doesn't find her at the ball. At the end of the ball the Prince and whoever his mate is will be crowned the King and Queen." Said my brother in a da tone to me. "That's easy for you to say when you found Samantha last year at the ball" I popped off at him.

  Samantha is a sweet redhead with brown doe eyes and a stunning 5'8. She has become like a big sister to me and I can't wait till she becomes Luna. She was a Beta at birth but is a natural Luna. She loves the pack and takes care of it just like my mother does.

'Sammy in need your help' I link her.

'Where are you Star?' -Sammy

'In dads office' -Me

'On my way' -Sammy

 Sammy came in and just rapped me in a big hug and started to rub circles on my back. She is like the big sister I never had and I'm thankful that found her and she treats me like her little sister. Some mates don't treat their other half's siblings like they are their own. I start to relax a little bit from the hug. "It will be okay. We can talk about it if you want to. Just relax okay?" she whispers to me. I nod my head at her and hear my father dismiss us. All I can think is why are they doing this to me.

Alpha Rick P.O.V.

  "Alpha, we just got a letter from the royals." my Bata told him. I took the letter as May walked in so told her to sit, as I patted my lap. We read the letter together then talked about how we'd tell Star about it. With it being almost her birthday and she wants him to be here. She has never wanted to leave home so we just decided that we would just tell her. I mind linked her and my son asking them to come to my office. 

  After we told her about the letter she freaked out and started yelling. I knew she would be mad about it but I didn’t think there was any other way to tell her. We have to be honest about it with her. Mat comes in and sits on the couch. I know that his mother filled him in on what's going on and hopefully he can help us out with her. However it seems to just make her madder. Next thing I know Sammy is walking in and hugging Star. I'm not sure how to call her to come and if she was informed on what's happening. 

 "Sammy why don't you and Star go. Please help her and make sure she's okay. " is told her. "Yes Alpha" was all that was before they left. Not long after that Smith excused himself to head to training and Mat went to go hang out with the boys. May sat on my desk in front of me and asked "Do you think that Ben or Cameron are her mate?" "I'm really sure but we only have to wait 3 more days to find out if either of them are." I tell her as I kiss her. "Let's hope that she sees it from our point of view. She's always been strong headed like you.” She told me. I know love, I know.”  A little while later May leaves that I can get some work done for the pack as well as are other businesses.
