Chapter 6 "Glad you made it, kid." Dad kissed the top of my head. "Come in. Your brother and sister are already inside." I owed this to Dad. After hanging up my jacket on the coat rack, I took a deep breath and walked down the hall into the living room. Bri and Charlie sat on the couch in the living room, talking. Seeing them huddled together made me want to do an about-face. Being the odd man out in our family was the norm. Nothing had changed since we were kids, and I suspected nothing ever would.
