I didn't even realize when I fell asleep until my room door was flung open and Luca was ripped from my side and tossed across the room. I was in such shock that when I realized what was going on my dad was standing over Luca as if he was about to kill him. Without a second thought, I jumped off the bed and was standing between my father and my mate in a proactive stance, ready to take on my dad if he dared try to hurt my mate. I gave my dad a warning growl and he just looked at me surprised, taking a step back.

Once I was sure my dad wouldn't hurt my mate, I stopped growling and stood up straight while Luca got up off the floor and dusted himself off, coming to my side while holding my hand. Looking at him, it was then that I also noticed that he wasn't wearing a shirt and I could see how defined his chest and abs were, seeing how big he looked. I quickly looked away, remembering my dad was in the room as well and I couldn't afford to think of him that way right now. Right now I need to talk to my dad.

"Ahem" I cleared my throat and looked at my dad. "Sorry about that dad." I rubbed the back of my neck "I think we should take this conversation somewhere more private. May we use your office, Alpha Luca?"

"Absolutely right this way." He said, walking to the door and grabbing his shirt off the dresser while pulling it over his head as me and my dad both followed him to his office without saying a word. The tension was so thick I could tell that Luca was trying his best to stay as calm as possible, although he didn't have much of a choice, since it was the Lycan King himself. In his office he took his seat behind his desk while me and my dad sat across from him. A few minutes went by in complete silence while my dad and Luca had a staring contest trying to show who was more dominant. Ugh men and their masculinity crap. I can't stand this.

"Okay guys, enough please. You are both driving me crazy."

"Sorry dear but before you left you said you didn't want a mate, then I got a call from your'e brother and I get here and you're both in the same bed" My dad while looking at me. Wait a damn minute. I thought he wanted me to be mates with Alpha Luca?

"Wait but I thought you WANTED me to be mates with Alpha Luca and now you don't want us together?" I can't believe what I was hearing right now. I mean I know I said I didn't want a mate but I can't deny how strong the mate bond is.

"Yes I did say that but it is different when you get a phone call about my daughter being in pain and then when I show up your in bed with the very man that you said you didn't want."

"Come on dad I said that before I even knew him, before I even knew that he was my mate" I said gesturing towards Alpha Luca who didn't look happy at what my dad said about me not wanting a mate. When I looked back at my dad he didn't seem surprised at all that I just confessed to being mates with the Alpha who still hasn't said anything.

"I know he is your mate Andrea you'r brother told me on the phone when he called"

"Yeah well now he is going to suffer." I said while smiling at my dad full well knowing what is waiting for my brother when I get my hands on him.

"So does this mean you accept me as your mate then?" Luca finally spoke looking over at me his eyes shinning showing his wolf was also with him waiting for an answer as well.

"Yes I accept you as my mate" I said in a soft voice while standing up and looking into his eyes that showed how happy he was at my acceptance. I watched as Luca walked over to where I was standing and then I felt his arms wrap around me instantly calming my racing heart as I felt tingles shoot all throughout my body making me instantly relax and completely melt into him. I could feel how strong he was and how muscular his body is and I tried to stop my mind from drifting to dirty thoughts about my mate since my dad was also still in the room with us. Pulling apart It didn't go unnoticed the look of hurt in my mates eyes but he just nodded his head in understanding and went right back to his chair behind his dark mahogany wood desk.

We all talked about what would happen, since I am supposed to be queen and Luca is the Alpha of his pack. He mentioned that he does have a brother around my age and other siblings who are visiting some relatives in another pack who could become Alpha instead. Once we were done talking, it was all decided now we just needed to make sure everyone else was on board as well. I still have a year before I am to be queen, so it gives us time to figure it all out.

"My king, I will show you to your room if you would please follow me."

"Luca, I have known you your whole life. How many times do I have to tell you to call me uncle when we are alone and address me formally in public?"

"Sorry Uncle, it's a habit."

I watched as my mate led my dad down the hall as they talked and I waited till they were out of eyesight, then I decided to sneak back to his room and wait for him there. His scent was so overwhelming, I felt my head start to spin, so I laid down on his bed wrapping myself in his blanket like a burrito. Before I knew it, I was in a deep sleep. There was warm and white all around me like I'm in a dream, that's it im dreaming. I was in my wolf form running around in a field of white daisy flowers that just seemed to go on forever. I let Ava take over and she just ran for what felt like forever until Ava got hungry and started to hunt for some rabbit and then we stopped at a river where she drank from. We ran more until we came back to the same field of Daisy's and Ava laid on her back looking up at the clear blue sky. I sat in the back of our mind and just watched as if time just didn't seem to exist here. I wish it was always this peaceful, yet somehow I didn't feel like I was asleep, I felt like I was somewhere else but I didn't know where. I could tell my wolf Ava knew, but I also didn't feel like asking her. I liked that, for once, we were both relaxed and at peace and I didn't want to ruin that.

"Hello Dear"

"What? Who said that? Who's there?" I asked Ava while getting up and looking all around us.

"It is me dear, I am the moon goddess, the mother of all werewolves and Lycans"

Just then, the most beautiful woman I had ever seen appeared in front of us and I just couldn't believe my eyes. The moongoddess, my great great great grandmother is here in front of me. How is this even possible?

"But how are you here?"

"Oh no dear you are here with me in my world. As much as I would like to chat with you Im afraid we don't have much time. He is coming for you. I don't know when but I think it is soon."

"He. Who is he. Who is coming for me?"

"I cannot say much or it will change your fate. You need training for what is to come, and lots of it."

"Ive been training almost every day since I was five and almost never took a day off since. Ive also been training every day with my new powers since I got them."

"I am afraid that it is not enough dear. I know all the powers that you do have but since you have found your true mate you are both going to posses all the powers that all my children ever had. It is going to hurt like hell but you must fight and come out on the other side together. Complete the mating process and start training with your new powers"

"Wait my true mate? That means that Tommy Jackson wasn't my real mate? But then why did it feel like he was?"

"In time my dear you will have all the answers, I promise. I must send you back now, im afraid Ive kept you here for too long. People are starting to worry about you. Until next time Andrea"

When I woke up I was in a hospital room on a bed trying to adjust my eyes to the bright lights while hearing an annoying beeping noise that im assuming is a heart monitor. I looked around the room and see my mate who looks worried, his beta, my siblings, my dad and finally my mom who doesn't look the least bit worried at all.

Luca's POV

I held my mate in my arms watching as her breathing started to slow down and soon she fell asleep in my arms looking so peaceful. I was still trying to wrap my mind around what she had just told us and what had just happened today. My mate can heal people. She's been through so much having to leave her kingdom, being bullied and having to take it for so many years, and then being rejected by her first mate. All I wanted to do was just make it all go away, take away her past and just give her the future she deserves. But for now i'll settle for sleeping with her in my arms.

I woke suddenly to being tossed in the air and my back hitting the wall when suddenly the king was standing over me. It all happened in a flash and my mate was right in front of me growling at her dad who looked shocked that she would do that. Once things had cooled down we went to my office since it was a bit more suitable then my room. In my office I took my seat behind the desk while Andrea and her dad sat across of me. A few minutes went by in complete silence while me and the king had a staring contest showing who was the most dominant, and since this is my pack I need to stand my ground.

"Okay guys, enough please. You are both driving me crazy." I looked at Andrea who looked annoyed at our little show of dominance.

"Sorry dear but before you left you said you didn't want a mate, then I got a call from your'e brother and I get here and you're both in the same bed" The king said while looking at my mate. I was too focused on him saying that she didn't want a mate.

"Wait but I thought you WANTED me to be mates with Alpha Luca and now you don't want us together?" I am so confused because now my mate is saying her father wanted her and I to be mates, we didn't even know eachother until she came here to my pack. And I have never met Andrea when Ive been to the kingdom. Yes I haven't been in a few years and it makes sense since she only returned a few years ago. Since Ive met her I regretted not going to the ball that they held to welcome their daughter back. If I knew it was my mate I would have been there that night.

"Yes I did say that but it is different when you get a phone call about my daughter being in pain and then when I show up your in bed with the very man that you said you didn't want."

"Come on dad I said that before I even knew him, before I even knew that he was my mate" She said while gesturing towards me.

"I know he is your mate Andrea you'r brother told me on the phone when he called"

"Yeah well now he is going to suffer." I hear my mate say while smiling at her dad. It looked like they were sharing a look like they knew what she was going to do.

I finally decided to speak up and ask her "So does this mean you accept me as your mate then?" I could tell my Lycna's eyes were showing and I didn't mean it as disrespect but he was also eager to hear our mate answer.

"Yes I accept you as my mate" She said in the cutest soft voice I have ever heard. I couldn't even hide how happy I was even if I wanted to. I stood and walked over to her wrapping her in my arms as I felt tingles shoot through my body. I could tell she felt them too with how she relaxed into me, I could also smell her arousal and I had to fight my own knowing we weren't the only ones in my office right this moment. Yes, I still couldn't help but feel a little hurt when she pulled away from me. We talked about everything and her becoming queen and what would happen to my pack and everything else now that she has agreed to be my mate. Once everything was all figured out I showed the king to his room.

"My king, I will show you to your room if you would please follow me."

"Luca, I have known you your whole life. How many times do I have to tell you to call me uncle when we are alone and address me formally in public?"

"Sorry Uncle, it's a habit."

I led him down the hall and we kept talking while my mate stayed back. Once we got to his room he stopped me and put his hand on my shoulder.

"I am so happy that you are her mate. Now I know you are someone who I can trust to take care of my daughter, although she is a strong one I know you'll both be really happy"

"Thank you it means a lot to me that we have your blessing."

"Ofcourse but don't break her heart. She is and always will be my princess."

"Yes sir I wouln't dream of hurting her"

"Good I am happy to hear that"

"Okay I will leave you to it now" I said and went to my room so I can change out of my clothes and look for my mate so we can decide when well announce to my pack that she is my mate.

I went into my room and there I found my mate asleep all wrapped up in my blanket like a burrito. I decided to let her sleep while I grabbed my clothes and took a shower. By the time I was done and came out she was still asleep and hadn't moved an inch. I decided to continue to let her sleep since she must have been really tired and I went into the kitchen to make something to eat for the both of us. I made both of us an avocado chicken wrap and grabbed us each a water. By the time I got back to my room, I found it strange that she was still asleep and in the exact same position she was in when I went into the shower. I sat the tray of food down on my nightstand next to my bed while sitting at the edge I gently shook her shoulders and started to get a little bit worried when she just kind of flopped on her back.

Panacking I mindlinked the doctor to have a private room ready as I carried her bridal style rushing out of my room making sure no one seen us and mindlinked my beta to gather her family to meet me at the pack hospital. I pushed the door opened to the hospital and the doctor was waiting right there gesturing to take me back to the private room for my mate. I lay her down on the hospital bed and watched as the doctor started hooking up all these wires into her and started running tests that I had no clue what or how it worked. I just hope her family gets her quick, but at the same time what would I tell them? "Sorry to bother you all but I couldn't wake her up?" Gosh that sounded so pathetic. I stayed quiet holding her hand asking myself a million questions. What could have happened since I showed the king his room? I know for a fact that no one ever goes in my room. Not even to clean it since I prefer to do it mself. None of this makes any sense.

Just then the door opened and in walked the doctor holding a folder. He's been running tests on her for the past hour while I've been here thinking of the worst. I couldn't take it anymore, my stress was through the roof just waiting for an answer.

The doctor cleared his throat ". I nodded my head encouraging him to continue. "It seems that she is in some sort of coma. We don't know what caused it or how to even wake her up from it, but it seems like for now it isn't something life threatening. I would still like to keep her here to continue to observe her condition"

"Ofcourse doctor. I will also stay here with her until she wakes up. Please keep me up to date with her condition, I will inform her family when they get here."

He nodded his head and left the room. I sat there for another thirty minutes watching her breathing as her chest slowly rose and fell with each breath that she took. Suddenly the door flew open and in came the king himself.
