Chapter 21
Dom woke both content and on edge. His body felt amazing and he was happy, but apparently in the night his brain had been doing a lot of work and made a decision whether or not he’d wanted it to. Kiko gave him a shove as the alarm went off and Dom knew what he had to do.
He was going to marry Kiko. He just had to figure out how to ask. Maybe he could wriggle it out of Kiko without coming right out and saying it. That would be easiest.
“Can’t believe you still slept with me after that shitty fake proposal yesterday,” he said as he got out of bed and Kiko emerged from the closet with a shirt. He was holding the new tie Dom had gotten him.
“Can’t believe you thought a fake proposal was a good thing. I’m going to shower first unless you object.”
