In the school  -

I entered inside the school With Karl, Sarah, Mark and Ava by my side. guess what, I am late again and I know, Mr. Patrick is definitely going to eat me alive. 

oh god! please save me. 

Okay guys, I am going to my class. - I said bidding bye to others. 

Then, I almost ran to my class. once, I was outside the class, I heaved a long sigh and then, knocked on the door. 

oh, Miss Smith. welcome to the class. - Mr. Patrick said with a sarcastic smile. 

what's the excuse today for being late? - said Mr. Patrick glaring at me. 

umm.... sir. I was..... actually. umm..... I .....

think, think think, you stupid lily.... think.... - I wanted to slap myself right now. 

car...... yeah.... actually.... my car broke down.... huh... in the middle of the woods. - I said looking here and there trying my best to make him believe. 

lie. A complete white lie. these hairs didn't become white due to the heat of sun. - he said pointing at his hairs. 

well I know that, you're not young enough to have black hairs. - I replied to him looking at his white hairs. everyone in the class just started laughing at Mr. Patrick. 

God. this girl. you're not coming in. stay out until the lecture finish. - he said no ordered me. 

I went out and looked here and there. now what to do, here alone? 

I was just walking through the corridor. suddenly I felt a gush of wind and with in a second, he was here. in front of me. 

Darrick. - it came out as a sigh. 

he was wearing a navy blue shirt with blue faded jeans with a pair of blue shoes. he's looking damn handsome. 

and sexy too? - Ash said smiling dreamily in the back of my head.

I started walking and he too did the same. we remained silent for sometime until we reached the garden. I sat on a bench and he too did the same. 

what? - I asked frustrated by his behavior. 

what, what? - he asked me raising his brow. 

why are you following me, everywhere? - I asked looking straight into his golden brown eyes. 

I am not. - he said breaking the eye contact and looking at the grass.

I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself down. 

talk to him. talk to mate. - Ash screamed jumping around in my head. 

god! girl, did you forget what happened in the morning? he threw you at the tree. - I said trying to make her remember. 

please lily. please just once. can't you even do this much for me? - she said almost on the verge of tears.

okay fine. - I said and took a long breath and then, looked at him. 

hi, I am Liliana, Liliana James Smith. - I said forwarding my hand towards him. 

he looked at me and then, my hand. 

Darrick von stein. - he said looking away from me. 

he didn't even shake hands with me. 

how rude!

even I too don't want to talk to him if he decided to behave like a jerk.

I took my hand back and stood up from the bench taking my bag. 

I am sorry. - I heard him whisper very slowly.

I swear, if I wasn't a werewolf, I never heard it.

I stopped in the middle but didn't turn to face him. 

I am sorry for the morning incident. - he whispered again but it was a little louder than the previous one. 

I looked at him. how did he know that it was me? 

and as if reading my mind, he answered - 

I know, it was you. it was your wolf. I knew it. - he said still looking at the grass like it's the most interesting thing in the world. 

when I didn't say anything, he continued- 

you know, not everyday a wolf chase me and then, jump over my head and started l*****g my neck while growling. - saying so, he laughed a little while I looked down in embarrassment. 

Ash, you stupid wolf.

I looked at him and he still has a little smile on his lips.

he look more handsome when he smiles. - I can't help but thought. 

Did I hurt you? - he asked breaking my trance. 

no, you didn't. - I replied with a small smile. 

hmmm...... you smells heavenly. - he said coming closer to me and inhaled my fragrance. 

I looked at his eyes and they started changing colors from golden brown to brown then, to dark brown and then, finally pitch black. 

he closed his eyes, fisted his hands and took two steps backward away from me and then, he walked out of there. 

what's wrong with him? 

one minute, he was talking nicely to me and then, the other second, he's behaving arrogantly.

Is he bipolar or what? 

but as much as I know, Vampires don't suffer from diseases. 

just then, the bell rang indicating the lecture is over and I have to go to my next class. 

Later that day, In Cafeteria -

I sat there on our usual seat with Karl, Mark, Sarah and Ava. I waited for him to show up. my gaze was glued to the door of cafeteria. 

what happened to you? - Sarah asked looking at me. 

huh? - I asked looking at here and there. 

are you waiting for someone? - Ava asked looking at me raising her eyebrows.

huh? umm.... no... I... I am not waiting. - I said drinking my orange juice. 

then, why are you staring at door? - Mark asked wiggling his eyebrows. 

umm..... I was just looking. - I answered looking down playing with my food. 

just then, I saw them entering into the cafeteria. the girl with those two boys. I looked behind them to search for him. 

where he is? why didn't he come? - I muttered under my breath looking at the door. 

he? who? who is your 'he'? - Mark asked raising his brows with a glint of naughtiness in his eyes. 

damn this werewolf hearing. 

umm.. what? what are you talking about? - I asked trying to play innocent. 

okay. I believe it if you say so. - he said while dancing his eyebrows. 

umm.. okay. I am done. so, I am leaving. - I said getting up from the chair. 

and before anyone can say anything, I was out of the cafeteria. 

God! - I heaved a long sigh after coming outside. I came out on the right time. 

I started searching for Darrick all over the school. 

In which corner that blood sucker is hiding? I am sure he must be busy in sucking someone's blood. - I muttered under my breath. 

Lily, he's our mate. talk to him with respect. - Ash screamed at me in my head.

he's a blood sucker. then, what's wrong in calling him that? - I asked again.

Liliana. - Ash growled in my mind in warning tone. 

god, this girl can never tolerate any disrespect towards her mate. 

I don't blame her though. she waited a lot for her mate. 

I went to the library after not finding him anywhere. 

hmmm...... Mate. - Ash screamed in my head. 

okay. so, Mr. monster is here. 

Liliana. - Ash screamed again in my head. 

fine. - I snapped at her. I looked around and everyone is just staring at me only. 

did I say that out loud? - I couldn't help but asked myself.

yes, you did. - Darrick whispered in my ear. 

why do I have to embarrass myself always? god! who will say that I am a princess. that too a werewolf kingdom.

he started walking while I just followed him like a lost puppy.

searching for me, didn't you? - he asked braking the chain of my thoughts.

I looked at him and found him only staring at me with a smirk plastered on his handsome face.

No. w....who said that? I wasn't searching for you. I was just came her to read some................ - I started but he just shut me up by putting his index finger on my lips and we stopped there. his skin feels so cold against my warm lips.

You talk too much. - he said removing his finger after 2 seconds and walking ahead. 

your skin is so cold. - I stated without paying any heed towards his words. 

did you forget who I am? - he stopped suddenly and asked raising his brow.

A blood sucker, of course. - I muttered under my breath but he heard it.

Huh? what did you say? - he asked looking directly into my eyes with so much intensity that I am afraid that his gaze will pierce through my soul. 

but I quickly composed myself.

Am I talking in Mandarin that you didn't understand? - I asked with a sarcastic smile.

do you even knowhow to spell Mandarin? - he asked crossing his arms. 

do you think I am that stupid? - I asked mirroring his expression. 

No, I don't think. - he replied shaking his head vigorously getting worried. 

now he will say sorry. - I smirked at that thought.

I know that you are a stupid. - he added with a stupid smile and my face just fell but he started walking as if nothing happened.

did he just insult me, that too on my face? how could he? 

You. how dare you? - I asked holding him by his collar. 

oops! I am scared. - he said throwing his hands in the air surrendering himself and batting his eyelashes at the same time. 

god! he's just too much. 

blood sucker! monster! -  I muttered under my breath completely frustrated with his behavior. 

why he have to be so handsome? 

let me tell you what we call a monster. - saying so, he pushed me to the bookshelf. 

I am now caged between his body and the book shelf. I looked into his eyes only to see them changing colors from golden brown to brown, then to black and finally they became red in color.

oh my god! - I gulped nervously. 

stupid Ash is jumping around in my head excited to see her so - called mate this close to us. 

I felt his cold breath on my jawline which sends shiver down my spine. 

oh goodness! I can't think straight. all my senses are blocked as Ash is fighting for control. 

I took a deep breath. 

suddenly I felt his cold lips touching the base of my neck. 

a soft moan escaped my lips. 

I didn't know that mate bond can be this much powerful and Ash isn't helping either. 

he keep kissing, l*****g and sucking on the skin of my neck as if I am some candy but whatever he's doing is making me weak on my knees. so, I just clutched his shirt in my fist closing my eyes. I am breathing heavily. it feels like eternity. I just want to stop the time, right now. 

This is just wonderful. I never felt these kind of emotions. 

Ash is dancing in the happiness inside my head. I am sure that even my eyes too changing colors from blue to silver and again blue because Ash is fighting for the control and it's hard to fight with Ash. she's so damn powerful.

suddenly I felt his cold teeth on my skin. 

is he going to mark me? 

but why his teeth feel like a sharp knife?

holy s**t! - I muttered under my breath as I felt some pain in my neck. I felt my blood oozing out of my skin. 

oh god! - I let Ash take control and pushed him with all my might. 

as a result, he went flying in the air and then hit the bookshelf. 

almost half of the bookshelf fell down on the ground and half of them broke at the corners or from the middle. 

All thanks to this bloodsucker vampire Darrick. 

what the hell is this? - suddenly I heard a loud voice which is enough to make your ears bleed.
