THE UN-KNOWN CRESCENT WEREWOLF

CHAPTER 7

He went into the room and discovered his older brother and the slave girl kissing. He became disgusted and flogged his brother with his own belt, which he had removed and placed beside the bed. Luscious got out of Ema's bed, shocked and ashamed. "What are you doing?" Stephanon inquired. Luscious, unsure how to explain the matter to him, responded with another question. "What are you doing here?". This question reminded Stephanon of why he went there in the first place. "I need a cup of sugary juice," he asked, glancing at Ema.

“Please follow me,” Luscious replied, signaling to Ema to rest.

Luscious prepared a cup of juice and made Stephanon drink from it. He gave Stephanon a dose of his low-sugar medication and warned him not to tell anyone what he had seen earlier in Ema's room. Stephanon vowed to keep things private between them. Luscious made Stephanon sleep in his bedroom that night to watch his health.

After Stephanon fell asleep, Luscious returned to Ema's room, hoping to resume the s****l activity, but Ema was adamantly opposed, fearing Stephanon would tell Hayley what he had seen because he was such a mummy's boy.

Luscious, who was also concerned, pretended he didn't mind; "he won't; I have warned him to keep it a secret between us." Luscious was attempting to alleviate Ema's anxieties so that she would allow him to resume s****l i*********e. However, it was all in vain because Ema remained firm because she was mortified when Stephanon stepped in on them.

Luscious returned to his room disappointed and passed the night with his younger brother beside him.

The next morning, both Luscious and Ema focused on Stephanon. They knew he was a mummy's boy and might reveal the secret at any time. If they had their way, they would have prevented Stephanon from speaking with his mother.

“Mom, I was hot last night,” he complained to Hayley.

"Why didn't you call on me?" Hayley reacted with a frown. Stephanon's dubious smirk reminded Hayley of the events of the previous night. Hayley smiled, expressing to Stephanon that she understood what he meant, despite the fact that Luscious and Jeremy did not grasp the mother-son connection.

"How did you overcome the situation?" Hayley asked. Ema's heart rate had accelerated by this moment. Luscious was on the stand, waiting for Stephanon's response. Stephanon looked Luscious in the eyes, who was frowning, before turning to Ema, who had felt uneasy.

“I knocked on Luscious’ door; he made me juice, and I spent the night in his room.” Stephanon finally replied, which relieved the couple of their worries.

The family had breakfast together in the absence of Jaime, their father, who had left very early in the morning before any of them could wake up.

Jeremy, who was upset with Luscious because of an event a few months back in which he and his friend Marrinez attempted to r**e Ema, maintained his quiet and attitude whenever Luscious took the floor. The two siblings' relationship had deteriorated, and Hayley purposefully avoided the boy's business.

Jeremy and his friend Martinez and two other of his friends, Enzo and Fergusson, had planned to visit the sin of Luscious upon Ema, and this time she wouldn't be able to recover from it.

Later that day, Hayley was visited by Scott and his betrothed and friend Monica, who pleaded with her to lend Ema to them so she could assist with the wedding preparations, which were just a week away.

The Bernards have always been one of the Stevensons' best allies and faithful, so Hayley couldn't say no to their request. Scott's father, Alpha Bernard, had previously invited the entire Stevenson family, but they still expressed a desire to see the complete family at the gathering.

Luscious has been picked as the best man for the day, and Monica wishes to make Ema her main bride's maid; this is not because she lacks friends from powerful households and packs, but rather because she wishes to be in the good books of the future Luna, queen of Attah.

Jaime returned home that evening, restless after visiting the eye of the seventh river earlier in the day. The Eye of the Seven River is a little island in the midst of seven rivers whose waters never intersect. The island is home to astrologers who believe in the study of the earth's elements and numerology as they influence people's fate. Astrologers are not witches, although they can foresee people's fate and destiny. They also have a deeper grasp of the mystical entities, and for centuries, they have kept peace and a good relationship with Attah and the Stevensons out of dread of being annihilated by them.

FLASH BACK

Jaime had gone there because of a prophecy delivered by the enslaved witch, Davina, whom he had imprisoned on the fifth floor, unknown to anybody, even his children, except his wife Hayley. Last night, before dawn, the witch summons Jaime, revealing the Stevensons' impending extinction and the witches' return to Attah.

Jaime had never doubted Davina since the day he took her during the Coven m******e, but for the first time, Davina projected a dark future for him and his family. As a result, he sought confirmation from astrologers.

Jaime was escorted by his Alpha loyalists: Alpha Bernard, the Alpha of the Lake Coast Pack, Apha Afonso of the Winter Moon Pack, and Alpha Darius of the Snow Moon Pack. They were greeted as soon as they crossed the Wintermoon River and alighted from the boat they had boarded. Jaime asked to see their commander and was escorted to her. "I welcome the Alpha king of the mystical nation of Atrah," the serving chief remarked as she greeted Jaime.

Jaime begged to see the serving chief in private, and when they were alone in her inner room for a while, he made her read his fate and asked her what would happen to him in the coming years.

“I see glory and conquest; nations will dread the name ‘Stevenson’ for years to come,” the serving chief replied.

“Please do not forget to tell me everything, including the negative things,” Jaime warned.

“I see nothing more, other than the end of Stevenson's dynasty with you at your death,” the serving chief responded with a shaking voice.

"How will I die, when and by whom?" Jaime followed up with another question. "It is not shown to me to tell when one leaves the cosmos, but you are destined to be killed by the one you have groomed," the serving chief added. "What do you mean by the 'one I have groomed'?" Jaime inquired in a dreadful voice. "That is all I see," the chief pleaded, observing the change in Jaime's expression.

Jaime returned to his loyalist with a troubled spirit. “My dynasty can only end when my lineage has been wiped from the surface of the earth,” he told himself.

End of Flashback

Hayley sensed her husband's uneasiness in their bedroom. "What is it, My Lord?" she inquired. Jaime and Hayley have many bonds, and Jaime keeps nothing from her. In exchange, Hayley has supported him in all of his undertakings, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Jaime described the day's events and how they sent shivers down his spine: "Fear not, my lord; it is for the gods to plan and us humans to agree." If you do not follow that road, fate cannot impose itself on you." After 30 minutes of encouraging words, Hayley persuaded and succeeded in allaying Jaime's anxieties, and they finished the night with a good round of s*x.

The Bernards' great day was nearing, and preparations were underway in all four corners of the Lake Coast Pack, as well as among all significant and influential families in Attah. The rumor of Luscious being the best man for the wedding had gone throughout the country, and females from Alpha families who had yet to find their mates were all prepared to be around him. "Maybe the moon goddess will be gracious enough to match me with him," remarked Elora, Alpha Bernard's daughter and Scott's younger sister.

Jeremy and his colleagues were also preparing for the day; it was an appropriate day to exact their revenge on Ema. They will hit Luscious by r****g and killing the slave girl he so desperately wants to protect.

They eventually learned that Ema was the proposed main bride's maid, which did not bode well for their plans. They assumed she would be left at home while the rest of the family attended the event on Lake Coast territory, giving them the opportunity to pounce on her. However, they did not give up striking on that particular day. They have chosen to loiter around and wait for an opportunity.
