Helios Base 1:00 PM
“What is this thing doing here in our base?” Danny groaned. He came out to see Alice in the living room boasting about watching the members of the base. Aggression rose up inside him. He felt like running over to a nearby bush and puking after he saw Alice.
“I guess her master sent her to watch us and our fight with Rurah,” Zina shrugged. She came to except it rather quickly.
“But, her!” Danny pointed to Alice.
Alice was sitting on the couch playing Go Fish with Torra and Tarra. She seemed like a child in an adult body almost.
“We just have to deal with it until Sin comes back,” Zina said. Her eyes were a sharp gold color, indicating Danny to back down from this fight.
“If she ever comes back,” Danny groaned.
“Don’t…Don’t ever say that Danny,” Zina started to sob.
“I’m sorry. I’m only saying the truth,” Danny sighed; wiping Zina’s tears away.
“I don’t understand why she had to go! It’s not right!” Zina screamed out.
Alice was watching her now, a tiny smile placed on her face, “Do you want Alice to tell you why lady Sin was chosen?” she giggled.
“Shut up you dumb little brat!” Danny yelled. He couldn’t hold in his anger for much longer.
“Alice only obeys master. You aren’t master your only just a tool for master to get what he wants,” Alice stuck out her tong.
“What did you just say you damn brat?” Danny made his hand in a fist. He was ready to knock her upside the head and kill her.
“Don’t be so rude you stupid jerk,” Torra yelled. He was now standing up, a giant angry frown placed on his face.
Tarra was ignoring both of them, “You stupid fools,” she sighed.
“Don’t get involved in this stupid kid. This thing shouldn’t be here in the first place. Sin shouldn’t even be with her master in the first place. This things master shouldn’t even come into existence!” Danny yelled out.
“She’s not a thing you dimwit! Her name is Alice! Leave her alone you bully!” Torra yelled back.
Danny stepped back. He was stunned with disbelief. How could Torra be defending this thing? It’s not like him. He shouldn’t be doing anything for this thing, “You don’t get it do you Torra,” he sighed.
“Get what!? All you ever do is criticize people! I hate you Danny! Leave Alice alone,” Torra sobbed.
“Crying? I am nothing but a droid; a weapon for my master. I do not have emotions,” Alice looked up at Torra who was producing tears by the gallons it seemed like.
“You’re a fool. This is why you will always be a weakling Torra,” Danny cried out loud, “Because, you let your feelings of people who will never love you back get in your way!” he yelled afterwards.
Torra burst into full out tears, “You won’t ever understand anything you jerk,” Torra ran out of the room like lightning, covering his wet teary face with his sleeve. The loud thump, thump of his feet reverberating down the hallway was all that was left.
“That was quite amusing,” Alice giggled.
Tarra looked up glaring at Alice, “Every single one of you are a bunch of fools,” she stood up walking after her crying twin.
“It feels so empty and lonely in here right now,” Zina sighed,
“Noel and Raven are both being depressed babies in their rooms, Raven is crying her eyes out; Noel just has his moody little depressed self locked into total darkness in his room staring at the ceiling,” Danny huffed.
“I’ll go check on him. You try to calm down Raven alright?” Zina asked looking at Danny with pitiful eyes.
“Why do I have to go to Raven? Wouldn’t it be better if we went to the same gender since we know each other better?” Danny moaned.
“I need to talk to him alone,” Zina said walking towards the hallway, “Besides, you would just make Noel worse,” she giggled walking down the hallway.
Noel was lying down on his bed in the pitch black darkness of his room. He had taken his shirt of and unclipped the buckle of his belt because he was getting rather hot and sweaty. He had his left arm resting on his forehead. The sleeves he wore to cover his scars where thrown on his floor. The faint sound of his breath and heart beat was the only sound in the room torturing him. His wings shone brightly in the darkness, a black wing and, a white wing glittered like tears rolling off the moon. His eyes were closed but flinching as he remembered the awful things of his past sweat from exhaustion clung to his skinny body, the rise and fall of his chest quickened with each deep breath he took; moaning from the pain. A slow knock came to his door. He opened his eyes but remained silent.
“Noel? It’s me Zina. May I come in?” a voice asked.
“Do whatever you want,” he answered closing his eyes back.
A slow creaking sound of a door opening engulfed the room. Noel tried to control his hard breathing with slower breaths but, seemed to choke as he tried.
Zina flushed as she walked in the room as she saw Noel laying on his bed with his shirt off and his belt to his pants undone. She turned around to her side; her face getting a bright red, her cheeks burning with embarrassment.
“Is there something wrong?” Noel asked not moving from his current position.
“N-no!” Zina stuttered.
Noel gave into a little laugh, “What did you come into my room for? Here to talk or, to come get me because were invading Rurah?” his voice became hard.
“I came to thank you,” Zina flushed.
“Thank me? For what?” Noel asked suddenly curios.
“You gave my sister the courage to do the right thing and, for that we may all be saved,” Zina said.
“I see. Well if that’s all you wanted to say you could have waited till I came out from this room or, is that just a decoy?” Noel said, his eyes fixed on Zina.
Zina blushed a more radiant red, “I-I l-love y-you,” she stuttered out.
Noel sat up, his hair was a hot mess, and sweat dripped down his chest, “What did you say?” he asked again.
“I love you!” Zina blurted out. Noel was already in front of her. His speed was just as fast as hers. He backed her into a wall not allowing her to escape from him, placing his finger underneath her chin; he was forcing her to look up at him. Zina flushed a vibrant blood red color.
“I see,” was all he said. He pressed his lips onto hers gently giving her a French kiss being careful not to hurt her or, go to deep if she didn’t want it.
Zina flushed even more and, moaned slightly as she dove into the kiss a bit harder; wrapping her arms around his neck in a gentle hug. He embraced her; kissing her back harder and harder each time she kissed harder. His bare chest was only centimeters from her. She bit the bottom of his lip in a teasing motion; he replied with a soft moan which, Zina found to be cute and distracting. His mouth was hot against hers; Zina seemed to enjoy it giving in to his seduction. She looped her fingers through his messy hair forcing a slight moan out of him. His face teamed red, her teasing was all too much. Zina continued to fidget trying not to escape; don’t fight her oncoming excitement she thought to herself. His lips abruptly parted from hers, he staggered back placing his hand over his mouth, more sweat formed on his body. He looked at her with guilt and despair. The air around them was hot, burning them to their cores. Zina stared at him.
“Noel…” Zina whispered but, it was too late. He shoved her out of his room locking the door behind him. She could hear him sliding down the door with a thumb telling her he was sitting on the floor outside the door.
Zina stood by the door for a few minutes deciding on what she would do then; she turned and walked slowly down the hall. Disappearing from view.
Noel on the other side licked his lips and took deep long breaths, his chest rising and falling rapidly, he fell on the floor on his side, his hand clinging to the carpet floor, and his eyes were a deep red color. His mouth breathing out quick hot air, his body; dripping with sweat.
