I had to rush through the crush of students and hoped I was heading for the auditorium. I received some looks and heard whispers.

My cheeks burned with shame as I hung my head and hurried along.

I heard a large gathering of voices and nearly made it to the orientation when I ran into something solid and hard.

Staggering, I tripped on my own feet and ended up on my ass with my legs sprawled out. I tried to cover myself but my skirt was tangled up around my thighs and everyone was getting a full view of my goodies.

“Wow, first she throws herself at your brother and here she is offering herself up to you Axel.” I finally managed to get my legs and skirt under control and glared at the petite brunette who was hanging on the glowering guy from earlier.

He looked down at me and sneered, turning away, he left without saying anything leaving the girl pouting with her friends.

“Listen, new girl, you better keep your grubby hands to yourself. Axel is mine and I will not have some thief’s daughter taking what is mine.” She came over and spit on me and then sauntered off with her friends giggling.

“Don’t listen to them please, here let me help you up.” Blinking back tears I wouldn’t let these jerks see me cry. I saw a tall, willowy girl standing over me and a twitchy boy at her side.

She was extending her hand towards me and I eyed it warily.

“Just a helping hand. We were the new kids last year, the elites made life hell for us.” I let her help me up and brushed myself off.

The guy still wouldn’t meet my eye and he was being twitchy which made me nervous.

The girl saw me eyeing him and laughed.

“Don’t worry about Seung, he just found his mate and he doesn’t know if he should talk to other girls or make eye contact with them.” I frowned and picked up my bag as the bells chimed.

Great I was going to be late and I still had no idea what was going on.

“Why would it be a problem if he talked with other girls? Aren’t you, his mate?” She looked horrified and then burst out laughing.

“My name is Hana, I’m his sister.” My cheeks burned even more and I was just stumbling all over myself.

“Sorry.” I hung my head and wanted to disappear into the floor. Someone came up behind me and put his arm around my shoulders. I tensed up and then flipped the offender over my shoulder, he went down on the ground with a thud.

“Wow you’re rough, I might like that too much.” It was the pervert from the car, if I heard the pouty bimbo correctly this one was Anson, he was lying on the ground and looking up my skirt with a leer.

Screaming I kicked him and shuffled away from his line of sight. Hana and Seung were staring at me in horror.

“I need to get to orientation; can you take me there?” They were still staring dumbfounded.

“I can take you wherever you want as long as you beat me up some more.” Anson was grinning and I scowled.

“Not you pervert, you stay the hell away from me.” Hana shook herself and grabbed my arm casting another worried look at Anson who was sprawled on the ground.

We hurried away and I could feel my heart slamming against my ribs. What was with these guys? I wasn’t great with mind games.

“You just body-slammed the Alpha’s son.” I shot an annoyed look at Seung.

“Well, he was groping me earlier in the car and doesn’t understand that no means hell no.” The siblings continued to gawk at me.

We stood outside the auditorium and I put my hands on my hips.

“Why do you keep gawking at me like that?”

“It is never good when someone has caught the attention of the Alpha’s sons, but you are on the radar of two of them.” Call me dense but I still wasn’t getting it.

“What Hanna means is that you now have a bullseye on your back. Between the she-wolves and the brothers, you are public enemy number one. Especially if the school Prince Anson keeps slobbering on you.” I sighed and pushed the door open.

Finding a seat in the back, I could feel eyes on me.

Looking up I saw Axel narrowing his eyes and then whisper something to the two other guys he was with. All three of them were now staring at me.

Anson limped into the room and he grinned at me. I slunk down in my chair and wanted to run and hide.

These idiots just made me a target and I just wanted to get through the next few months incognito. Guess that wasn’t happening now.
