I was a trainwreck.
I didn't see Alec for a week after our encounter in the cafe. I wasn't sure if he was avoiding me or I was avoiding him. Probably the latter because he knew everything about me and could have showed his stone face whenever he wanted, while I had no idea about where he was living or working. I mean I knew he's the new president of Luna Chemicals, but there were three Luna Chemicals in New York and I had no idea which one sheltered the new president of their New York branches.
It was just like any other day of July. I was in Luna Chemicals due to some work related metting, the one in the Midtown. I have no idea whether I was hoping to see Alec in there or to not see him at all. I'd been there twice in the week before but never was able to see Alec. My
