His Blessed Mess

Her green eyes, long golden hair invaded my daydream. I was standing in the middle of a green grass that went for miles and then I saw her, she was smiling dancing in the grass, I wanted to dance to so I ran to her but I wasted moving it didn't let me it was like I was running but she kept getting further and further away from me, I needed her motherly warmth again. And then it happened I started to feel myself moving back into reality and then she was gone.  I felt my face being slapped continuously by the man who stood in front of me and he was unhappy, “did you hear me girl” the man spat “i-i’m s sorry sir” I stuttered “you are to make dinner and I want it on the table and 7 sharp do you hear me this time girl “yes sir” I say "and as for you little slut" he pointed at my sister “you better tell your sister to keep it in line or she will die, understand me” his voice pouring with venom “yes, of course, sir” she said softly, he walked away with a gruff and I turned to Scarlett “I've had it, tonight we leave” I said quickly holding my face “agreed” said Scarlett. 5 hours later  We are running for our lives, jumping over logs and dodging trees I hear them behind us but I know we can’t stop they will kill us “keep running Scarlett we are all most there” I say 10 minutes till we get to the border than they will slow down, I hear her start to sob and I grab her hand and run faster. 10 minutes later and we crossed the border I hear them slow up but they don’t stop  “Scarlett we need to shift, I know its gonna hurt but its the only way we can get away” “okay”  I shift the fastest I’ve ever shifter and so does Scarlett and we are off, we sprit so fast the trees around us blur, after about 15 minutes I know we've lost them but I keep running we are not safe this close to the border. 1 hour later we both slow down huffing and panting but the sight in front of me was worth it, I smile and look at Scarlett to see her smiling too. ‘let's shift’ I say in the mind link  We shift and put on the clothes I had in the bag on, we start to walk towards the city but I stop “there is pack here or multiple” I say out loud “what do we do” says Scarlett "we go inside” I say, walking through the border I know it's risky but its safer in there than out here. I feel the force of the border around me and soon we are walking towards the city, I sense danger and my senses heighten soon enough I see 4 wolves walk towards us and I shove Scarlett behind me and growl. ‘We can't take them Avani’ lilac whispers in my head for the first time in a while ‘i know, I have plan’ I say  “I don’t want trouble,” I say as they start to grow and circle us, one of the wolves shift into there human form “you can’t walk into someone's turf and say you don’t what trouble kid,” the woman says calmly “please don’t hurt us,” Scarlett says from behind me “what exactly do you want here,” she asks with suspicion “a new life,” I say with pleading eyes “thats not my decision to make a kid,” she says “I won’t kill you, but I can’t make the decision so you have to speak to the boss,” she says “ok anything, thank you so much,” I say giving her a small smile “don’t thank me yet,” she says “he’s on a business trip so you can stay until he gets back, then he will make the decision,” she says turning away and walking forward, I stand there speechless “are you going to follow or not,” she says still walking, me and Scarlett turn to look at each other with big smiles  “coming,” Scarlett says walking behind her.
