The Party.

Ariel accompanied by Jinnah stands in front of Lisa's door. "Yeah I am I guess. You guys look amazing." She admired as they were wearing matching clothes but different colors. Ariel wearing white half buttoned shirt and slim trousers whilst Jinnah is wearing black. "Yeah look beautiful yourself." Jinnah focused his eyes on Lisa's well scaled body. "Thank you." She said feeling a little uncomfortable. "Ehem! We should get going." Ariel noticed the way Jinnah was studying Lisa. Jinnah suddenly snapped back and smiles. "Of cause." She said. "Lead the way." She followed them behind as they turned walking to the dome exit. " So where is this party of yours?" She curiously questioned as they reached the edge of the academy. "You'll see." They both extended their arms towards her. "C'mon." Hugging her by the wasted they glide to the sky. "I was thinking the flying dragon but this is also fine." She awkwardly smiled as the wind gushed through her face , her heart in her throat. It looked like a long way down as they stood in mid air. "You mean Uishap? What's the fun in that. Don't worry we won't drop you." Jinnah tightened his grip around her. Lisa she was not so sure about Jinnah but she at least knew she could trust Ariel. "Are you ready?" "No." Regardless of what she said they flapped their wings and soared. "Ahhh!" She screamed but they only picked up speed. She felt her heart rate accelerating as they effortlessly dodged the cliffs and boulders. They went through the clouds. Above and below cliffs. The journey seemed pretty long. "Ohh my…" Lisa wanted to cover her eyes but was also afraid to let go as she tightened her grip along their arms. Wheeling Sideways through the cavity of mountains. They finally slowed down and landed on flat ground. "Enjoyed the ride?" "That was insane! Next time I'm taking the dragon." She pushed them both away , her heart still pounding in her chest. " Uishap. And when you learn to fly , you'll see the fun. " Jinnah straightened his clothes. Lisa rolled her eyes and focused in vision present before her. " So when you guys said party. You meant a big giant cloud. Wow , you should come to earth." She said mockingly as literally a gigantic cloud was in front of them. "Don't judge a book by its cover. Didn't they teach that back on earth." "I'm still imagining in my head , How the hell is a cloud supposed to be a party?" Lisa was quite angered that they flew her all this way to just show her a floating cloud. They must be joking , or they definitely don't know what's the meaning of a party. "Well stop imagining." Said Jinnah. "You guys are wasting time. Can we go inside now?" Ariel shouted already walking towards the cloud. "Right behind you." Jinnah followed him inside the cloud. Lisa sighs heavily shaking her head. "You've got to be kidding me." She stormed behind them. "I can't believe I went through all that just for a cloud. I think I liked parties better on earth." She said as she walked inside the cloud. It fogged her vision but she then saw neon lights as she approached further. Then the vibration of the music , until suddenly she saw a crowd inside. "Woooow!" Her mouth gaped in awe. "I told you. Don't judge a book by its cover." Jinnah walked towards the crowd. Lisa followed him setting her eyes on everything around her. The demons and Angels dancing. Drinking and chatting out loud. "So do you want a drink?" He shoved a glass towards her. She took the glass and exemined the content inside. " What's this? Looks it came out of a unicorn horn or something. " She looked indifferent at the colorful sparkling drink in her hand. "I promise you. It's way better than that nonsense you drink back on earth. Try it." With hesitation she took a sip. It tasted , so bad she almost spat it out , but as it dissolve in her mouth it started tasting really good. Her face light up and she took yet another sip. "See I told you. It's good." He took himself a drink from the counter. "How come you are drinking the black stuff and I'm here stuck with unicorn diarrhea." Lisa looked between his hand as he held a glass with black matter inside. "You're not ready for the strong stuff. You have to take it slowly , starting with the unicorn diarrhea." He smirks and then leads her towards the crowd. "I still can't believe how this is a cloud. And how in the hell is it hallow?" " Cool huh? " " Insane , I think is the word you're looking for." Then a random girl starts pulling Jinnah away. "See you around." He followed the beautiful demon without even thinking twice. " Well so much for showing me around." Lisa continues to sip the drink as she looks around for familiar faces. She's sees an empty sit across the crowd and went to sit. She watched as everyone danced the beat beaming through their souls. "Aren't you going to dance?" A stranger sat next to her. " I will. I'm just observing and I still can't get out of my mind we are inside a giant cloud." She said as he leaned back on her seat. "So how about you? Are enjoying the party so far." She moved her eyes to see the stranger. "Ohh My God! Are you… Drew?" Lisa definitely recalled the man in her memory. "I didn't know I was this famous." He also looked between Lisa's eyes surprised. "No. I know you back from earth. You helped me at the club remember? The Delirium." He suddenly looked away , a look she couldn't understand filled his face. "That's absurd! There's no way. You're just confusing me with someone else." He looked a little anxious as he gulped his drink. "I'm definitely not confusing you with someone else. It's you. Don't you remember me?" " No I don't. I don't even know what you're talking about." He gets up and walks away but Lisa quickly grabs him by the wrist. "Let me go. I already told you , I don't know what you're talking about." " Listen there's something I want to talk to you about!" She didn't let go of his hand. " What?" "Well no one believes me. They say it's impossible. " " So you think I'll believe you. Why would I believe you?' "I think maybe you'll understand since you're human , I mean vampire… Look what I mean is we are both from earth." "I don't think that's how it works. And I don't think I can help too." Lisa let him go disappointed. Maybe the guy was correct , she was making a mistake. Then the wall of the cloud went dark. Lighting starts coursing through it. She quickly looks around what could be the cause. Then her eyes landed on Hecate who was emerging from the cloud. As Hecate scanned around , her eyes too landed on Lisa across the room. Without looking any other way she starts walking towards her. Everyone in the way moves aside as she approaches. "Not her again." "I didn't know they let in scums like you here. Shouldn't you be back in your dome? Sleeping like the other worthless Pseudos." She raised her perfectly drawn eyebrow. "Leave me alone okay?" Lisa almost turning her back on her , not wanting anything to do with whatever she was plotting. "Or what?" She whispered but loud enough for everyone around to hear. "You've heard her. She said leave her alone." Drew stepped in defense of Lisa. " Haha! What are you going to do ? You are much as her. But I get it… The weak must stick together." " Are you trying to fish for trouble Hecate?" " Oh My! Are you threatening me?" Her facial expression deepened as she took a dangerous step closer. "No I'm not threatening you. Bit If you knew what's best for you , you wouldn't dare. I believe there are some people you don't want to mess around with." With a serious gaze she bore through him. Then her reaction changed suddenly , an Evil grin appearing on her lips. "Hehe! You think he cares about lowlifes like her?" Lisa's jaw tightened as she clenched her fists. Drew he just c****d his brow and a tiny smile curled on his lips. Hecate frowned looking back at Lisa who was already boiling in anger. "Be happy your friends keep saving you. I'll see you around." She clicked her heels and walked away. What looks like her puppets followed behind her. "Are you okay?" "I'm fine. I just don't understand why she's such an asshole." Lisa frowned. " She's like that. Always looking for a weakling to pick on." " Well I guess I'm happy that there's a He she's afraid of." " A He?" He looks at her flustered. " Yes a He. The one you said she doesn't want to mess with. Who's the He anyway , I wanna know who to thank next time." " The He. Don't worry about him." He said. " I'm not worried , I just want to know him. So who's the He?" " It's someone you don't wanna mess around with." " Ohh the He is private." " Can we please stop calling him like that? It's weird." " Well if you don't want to tell me his name, what can I call him? Hero? Just add an r-o in the end." " Okay fine I'll listen to whatever you wanted to tell me earlier. If we can just drop this." " Fine. I'm still thanking He." She smiles. " You never change, do you?" He said with a glint of annoyance in his eyes. "Uh-huh! So you do remember me." Drew just turned and walked away. " We can talk outside. It's more quiet." They both walked out of the cloud. "So what did you want to talk about?" " It's complicated actually. So here's the thing… Everyone thinks I'm dead…" " And you're not? Are you out of your senses?" " Maybe I am because nothing makes sense here. But I'm not ready to believe I'm dead." " They how do you want to say you ended up here?" He looked at Lisa like she was a crazy person. Maybe she was. "If Diana was here , she would understand. Look what I'm trying to say is all I remember was getting my self some ice cream , when I saw two suspicious looking man and I followed them. "Maybe you got in trouble with the man. And they.. you know.. killed you. probably you saw something you were not supposed to." " I don't think so. I saw them entering a run down building. Then wierd energy started emitting from them and before I knew it I was sucked in." Lisa explained as she remembered. " What? Why are you so quiet?" "But how's that possible? It just doesn't make any sense?" " Do you believe me?" " Well I do recall Jinnah and Ariel having a mission that side but it couldn't be." " There you're! We've been looking all over for you." It was Jinnah and Ariel. "Are you okay? We've heard what happened with Hecate. We are sorry weren't there , we just went to get some air." Ariel explained. " I'm fine guys. " "Yeah we got it handled." Drew looked between them. " Drew hey. I didn't see you there. Thank you for helping our friend. We're such bad friends." Jinnah said somehow smiling. " We are glad you're okay." "Me too. So guys can I ask you a question?" As she said they both looked concerned and worried. Maybe a bit scared even. " Before I died. What were you guys doing? Just curious." " Well I don't know when you died. But that day we were given an awesome mission on earth , which I won of cause. Then we went to explore that awesome building…" " You destroyed half the building , for no reason at all." Ariel interrupted. Lisa and Drew glanced at each other. " C'mon it was fun. To scare humans a little. No offense. Then we came back here and then after we found you." " I thought you were waiting for me there all day." " Nop. Ooh this is my favorite song." Jinnah ran inside. " Are you guys coming?" Ariel asked already walking in. " Right behind you." She said. "I still don't understand how they didn't sense your energy." " My energy?" " Yeah. They have mastered the technique to feel someone's presence. So how didn't they notice you? " " Maybe they can't do humans." " That's not how it works. Plus I can feel your energy right now." Drew was still in shock with all this. "This is all so confusing." She laid her back on the ground. " Maybe you should just forget about it." " I tried but it's hard. I'm just worried. What if on earth they are looking for me? Diana my poor friend will be so worried." " Why did you choose to tell me about it anyways. I mean we had our differences back on earth." " Yes we did. You tried to make me kill my boss. But at the same time it felt like you were the only person who could believe me , which I was correct." " Hopefully we can put our differences aside." " I'm always up for a new friendship. Plus I still owe for saving my ass back then." " Well should we get back inside?" "Definitely." Lisa said already getting up. She could really use another round of the unicorn drink.
