Chapter 30
Once the season was over, Ms. Hamm got the team together and talked to her players about what to expect next year for those who would be playing for her and those who would be moving onto the varsity squad. She told her moving on players that they should work hard to prepare for their next coach. She thought that next year’s varsity team should be very successful.
The team had gone through a lot of turmoil this year yet still won most of their games. The coach counted it as a very successful season considering all that occurred because she could have lost Sam at least twice but managed to keep her on the team.
