The preparation

"Awwwwwn" I groaned as I pulled the blanket off my head.

It has been a while since I had a good sleep, I guess it was because i managed to solve my problem. I felt happy somehow and sad, is it because am getting married?

Mom was really happy when I told her about Myles last night but I felt like I should have tell her the truth

She's an hypertensive patient and if she find out the outcome will be unbearable. I think it's better if she knows everything. But am afraid how she will feel, but the best way is if she knows.

"Make sure her dress is the most perfect one and the veil must be pretty"

Why is everyone coming and going? Even all the workers are busy!

Walking to the lobby of the our house I saw everyone running up and down. Mom was busy calling people. If she drop one, Another one follows

"Mom!" I walk close to her

"Am really busy right now but I will talk to you later"

"But I wanted to talk to you right now!" I said with a childish tone.

Mom always find it cute if I talk this way, it always makes her feel like am still her little Maeve

"Darling, we can talk later. There's no time, your wedding is tomorrow. But don't worry I will make sure I come back to you okay?" She said with smile and I nodded

But I want to talk to her! I felt like if I didn't tell her now it might be too late.

"That's my girl!" She said in a low tone and continued

"The heels, I want mine to be average. You know I will be walking around, and I don't want it to be too high so that I won't felt uncomfortable and lazy. The bride.............." she left me where I was, and walk towards her room.

I went outside and I saw Elias walking in a hurry. We quite had a lot of workers here but the only one am close to was him.

"Wait!" I called and he looked at me

"Young miss" he greeted

"Why are you in a hurry? And where are you going?"

"Master told me to deliver the invitation letter to two people so am in a hurry to get it delivered before eleven o clock this morning" he explained.

"Oh!" I nodded in agreement.

"One more thing!" I added as he was about to leave

"Um how many people are invited to the party?" I raise a brow

Am really curious about this, I don't want much people cause I know the wedding is not forever and I don't want them to be like:AGAIN! But if it just few people from high family it like normal things to divorce themselves and if they are invited again they will surely come.

And I also want to reserve it for my real husband, then we can had a large party with crowds

"Erm...Have given out eleven yesterday and with this two making thirteen. Master told me there's also two left and he will be the one to hand it out to his friends" he said being calculative

That's nice, just fifteen families.

"Okay" I said and he left

I don't know how to feel, happy? Or sad? Then I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket, I removed it

"Unknown number!" I mumbled.

I don’t think am expecting any call right now, so who is this?

"Hello, please who is speaking?"

"You didn't save my number? Am quite hurt" the caller said

Myles?? Omg i forgot to save it, how am I getting married to him and I don’t even have his number? Am the worst!

"I don't even remember to save it, I just look at the picture you sent" I said it truthfully

"You didn't have your husband number?"

"To be" I corrected.

"It's still the same thing, we are getting married tomorrow and am expecting you to be really excited"

"Are you?"

"Why not? What about you?" He asked

"I don't even know how I feel, it was a mixed feelings”

“Mixed??” He asked

“Yeah don’t know if am supposed to be happy or not” I said with a little sad voice but I don’t want him to feel like am sad so I changed the topic

“I guess you should be busy by now cause in my house every one is, Except me"

"Am free since my work schedule has been put on hold so am inside the house" he explained

"You are weird! Don't you have friends?? You are a man, you should go outside with them to have some fun. Bachelor party or any party you know?"

"What??" He asked with a hint of curiosity

"Yes! You know you are getting married, and you won't be able to do all those dirty things you boys always did like carrying chicks and stuff so your chance was only the day before the wedding" I explained.

I heard a smile but I don't understand why he's laughing, so I asked

"Why are laughing? Do you think what I said didn't make sense??" I don understand the reason why he laughed cause I don’t remember saying anything that is funny

"Of course not but you are really funny, who told you I won't have time for all that? Except if you want to make me stay"

I can even explain the tone he use. I quickly covered my body with my hands

My body?? Who did he think he was! Am saving my self for my future husband why will I give up my body?? I guess it's better to keep quiet then I don't care if he went out or not.

"Why are you quiet?"

"What do you expect, I don't care if you went out to carry girls but me? there is no way there!" I yelled

"What are you thinking! I said if you make me stay at home not your body. You mind is so corrupt!" He said it and smiled.

"It's really not what you think" I tried to explain

"Really?"

"Yeah" I replied with a awkward smile

But I can feel a hint of sarcasm in his voice "okay"

"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK!" I snapped and hang up the call.

I felt a little bit embarrassed. Thank God I quickly hung up, if not it will have been so awkward.

I went back inside, Am planning on clubbing tonight. This is going to be my first time, since Ella and Alice invited me over and I don't have anything to do, I should be able to go.

"Am thinking of not coming anymore, my alcohol tolerance is low. it will be bad if am reeking of alcohol on my wedding day"

"I told you we are not going to drink any, we can order non alcoholic drink. We are also going to be the bridesmaids so there's no way we are drinking" Ella explained and I can hear Alice voice too

"Girl you are getting married, it will be okay for you to have some experience you know?"

"The time we are supposed to go was already close, you should start dressing up" Ella said

"Okay!" Yeah it’s good to have a more experiences, clubbing is one of it

"Make sure you dress well, I want you to look bad and sexy" Alice said and Ella added "Yeah"

"Okay"

I open the wardrobe to start dressing up.
