Finally I made mom and dad agree to my decision to quit home schooling, but they didn't know that I had chosen a university at north. I finally turned eighteen.Mom and dad drove me to the University, mom helped me set my things which I found unnecessary, but they returned home early because it was a long journey back home and they won't want to arrive home late. I felt happy and free for the first time. Not long after I had settled, two girls, one was Charlotte, she was totally a snub while the other was friendly, her name was Natalia.
"Hey, doll my name is Natalia, you seems to be a fresher, don't worry because we will get along so well, I am the fashion queen around here, so sometimes I will disturb you with asking of your opinion about my fashion tips, ok"Natalia said with a big cheerful smile on her face.
"We all know that the cool one here is Liliana and you shouldn't be talking to her she is not one of us"Charlotte said while still concentrated on her phone pause for a while and gave me an intimidating look.
Natalia went to her bed, pick out her phone and started browsing, while I prepare for the next day,and when I was done browse till sleep took me away.
my roommate were not a fresher like me nor are they a final year student, there was still space for one more person because the room was very big and was specially made for the convenience of four people.
The next day, I was in front of a lecture room and was checking out whether the information on my phone match with the lecture room so as not to be in the wrong place.
I was about to get in, when a guy also came in at the same time, and the two of us was kinda stucked at that door. I looked up to see who I was stucked with, WOW, I have never seen a guy this good-looking before, even that jerk Jake couldn't stand a chance when it comes to look, this guy has a cool, trending hairstyles, he has pink eye pupils, pointed nose, perfect black eye brow, his jaw line is beautiful, his lip was lightly pink, he had golden skin, blond hair and he was wearing a cool trending black jacket.
He just rolled his eyes and said something like, girls are weird, and went inside. I went inside as well, but unfortunately for me, the only seat left to sit on was beside that cute guy I had met earlier, I sat beside him, he paused what he was doing on his phone, gave me a brief look and continued. Finally he said something with his eyes fixed on his phone.
"you seems to be a fresher, you don't seems to know how things around here work."He said, but before I could reply, our lecturer came in, then I noticed the guy sitting beside me count down.
"Why are you counting down, is there a bomb or something here?"I asked. Then he smiled and said "by the time I'm done counting he would have done something funny, he's clumsy, I am talking about the lecturer".
Immediately as the guy finished talking, the lecturer who was in a rush for who knows what drop his books and files half way on the table and every thing fell down, now he bent to pick it up while I asked the guy "how do you know he was gonna do that?"I asked
"I'm a retake student and I can assure you that his lecture is more like a clown show"he answered.
"I am sure most of you are new here, your first topic in mathematics, in your first year of university will be.."the lecturer said after he had finished picking his book and files up. He turned to write the topic on the board before he start dictating our note. As he was writing on the board and turned his back, we saw a paper that had stuck on his bottom, he seems to have sat on it earlier and there was paper gum on the paper and some on his bottom. We all stopped ourselves from laughing except one guy, the one seated next to me who smiled.
The lecturer didn't know what was going on so he started dictating our note and I noticed the guy beside me wasn't taking notes
"Dude, he's already dictating, why aren't you taking notes?"I asked in whisper.
"I am recording the lecture, and I will take the note anytime"he whispered back.
The lecturer noticed that he wasn't taking notes, he rather was disturbance,typing on the phone and chewing bubble gum and he seems to be well known by the lecturer but not in a pleasant way.
"Derick Dillard, get the hell out of my class"the lecturer yelled
"Sure"the guy beside me said and stood up to leave but I saw that he didn't pick his phone.
"You didn't pick your phone "I whispered to him.
"I'll come back after lecture for it"he whispered back.
"It could get lost or something,dude"I said. He just smiled and left. Finally the lecture was over, I went for all the lecture I had that day and went back to my hostel, I saw that the vacant space had been occupied but the girls were not around.
So I went out for a stroll to get fresh air I just walked around until I found myself at the in door basketball court, I saw some group of guys playing and I found it interesting, then suddenly I saw Derick Dillard among those guy, he also saw me and told the guys"Practice is over for today, you may all leave"
"Ok, captain"they chorused.
The guy separated and went on their different ways, but I could hear some guys " say isn't this the new doll in the campus"
"Yes, she's the cutest, but Liliana is the hottest"another guy said, but wait who is that, Liliana, that not the first time I'm hearing that name
