The Abused Mate

Chapter 5

Damon's POV:

I was finally within a mile of our pack hospital. Cole was calling out to Nova but she didn’t respond. I thought she was asleep and Cole seemed to agree. I kept driving for what seemed like an eternity. I kept thinking about Anna. What had happened to her all these years? How I wish I had known she was only one territory over. I could of helped her. She was so fragile, but I loved her. I knew I loved her from the moment I saw her. I pulled up and saw Matt pacing outside.

“What’s wrong? Is Anna and Ruby okay?” I was practically screaming at my brother. “Ruby is okay, she can’t remember what happened. Neither can I.” Matt was almost crying as he spoke. “Damon, I’m so sorry, Anna is gone. She was taken, I’m guessing by her old pack. We were both knocked out by some sort of gas, including everyone else that wasn’t in her room. They took her out the freaking door.” Matt collapsed on the ground. I ran inside asking to see security footage.

My eyes turned black as I saw them dragging her towards that box. She was trying to so hard to get away. I could see how scared she was. My wolf was angry. 

“Mate is hurt.” 

“I know Cole, you and I both are angry, but we can’t do anything from here. We know she was taken back to her old pack, I know that guy Hunter. He is the alpha for the Jade Moon Clan.” With that, I mindlinked Elijah to come back and help us. We had to find her before something bad happened. I hadn’t felt any pain yet. 

I spoke too soon. My body began to convulse, my back arched and my face strained. My siblings ran to my side. 

“What is happening Elijah?” Ruby was crying over me but I couldn’t speak. 

“It seems as though Anna is being shocked.” Everyone stood around looking at each other for a second. Then it finally stopped. I quickly tried getting up, Elijah helping me gain my footing. 

“Why does this have to happen to her?” I was crying for her. I had to get to her. Then my body starting feeling all sorts of pain.  I couldn’t control my body movements. 

“Get a sedative now!” Elijah yelled at Matt and Ruby. I quickly shook my head no. It stopped once again and we all set off to find Anna. I was feeling immense pain, I could only imagine how she was doing.

Anna's POV:

I woke up back in the basement. This time I was shackled to a post that was put up in the middle of the floor. I had enough chain to stand and walk around maybe six feet. Then I felt it. This thick heavy thing around my neck. It almost made my neck hurt, but I moved it around a little and made it comfortable. Then it hit me. It was a shock collar. If they used this on me too much, I would surely die. And they knew that. I’m sure Hunter and Jake wanted revenge since their bestfriend and beta was killed by my fated mate.

I heard the basement door open and they both crept down the stairs. Jake had a remote in his hand and Hunter had his arms crossed across his chest. Soon as they got to the bottom of the steps, we made eye contact. Both of their eyes were black, there was going to be no begging this time. They were here to hurt me and kill me. Jake lifted the remote and smiled a toothy grin at me. I went to say something and he pressed the button.

My body started to shake and I immediately fell to the floor. It felt like I was having a seizure and being electrocuted at the same time. I just wanted it to be over. Then it stopped. I looked up at Jake and he and Hunter were laughing at me. I tried to crawl away but I could only get a couple feet away. He stopped laughing and then pressed it again. He held it down longer this time, but it didn’t feel any worse. I convulsed back and forth on the ground. I tried blacking out the pain, but Nova was so weak. Jake finally stopped and went back upstairs, remote in hand.

Hunter walked over to me and grabbed me by my shirt. I tried to yell, but I had no strength. He picked me up and quickly snapped the chains that were holding me to the post in the floor. Could he have a sudden change of heart of me? He then threw me to the ground, that thought went out the door. I yelled out in pain, wishing Damon could hear me. Then Nova spoke out to me. “Anna, hold on, Mate is coming.” With that, I knew Damon had to be within a mile of me, but he didn’t know which house I was in. I prayed to Moon Goddess he remembered the house they had dinner in.

Hunter picked me up by the shirt again, this time pushing me against a wall. He quickly ripped my pajama pants from the hospital off and started pushing against me. I tried to yell but he covered my mouth quickly. All of a sudden, I felt him unzip his pants. He started rubbing against my waist, I could feel his d**k getting bigger with anticipation. Please Moon Goddess, don’t let this happen to me again. He pulled it out and then slipped my panties down. I managed to get my leg out from under his and try to kick him in crotch. He grabs my leg quickly, shooting me a toothy grin.

He throws my leg to the side and quickly slams into me. I scream out in pain, only to be muffled by whatever he shoved in my mouth. He begins to go quicker and quicker, blood started to pour from between my legs again. I can feel myself starting to lose consciousness when I hear Damon call out to me. 

“I’m coming baby. Please hang on. They will die for what they have done. All of them.” Hunter pulls almost completely out and slams back into me, causing my body to convulse. I could feel myself dieing. We both hear the basement door open and someone running down the stairs.

To Hunters amusement, it was Damon. He kept eye contact as he thrust into me one more time. And just like that, Damon shifted and jumped onto Hunter, digging his canines into his shoulder and ripped him away from me. His hand quickly released my hands and mouth and the rag in my mouth came out and I felt his d**k rip out of me, causing my to scream even louder. That made Damon and his wolf mad. Cole was in charge now. He grabbed Hunter by the throat and in swift motion, he broke Hunters neck.
