Chapter 1 Zylara pov Immediately the cold breeze passed through the window entering the room,I quickly stood up trying to close the window because it was very cold. I didn't even have a duvet or bedcovers to be able to sustain in the cold, I quickly went to amber's room to ask for a few cover, because she has quite a lot of them. As I tried knocking mom came out of her room and asked me why I was disturbing amber's sleep. I told her I came to borrow some duvet because of the cold she then shouted " get the hell out of here, you came to disturb amber's sleep just because of a bedcovers" but mum you don't expect me to sleep like that I would die of cold before you know it. "I don't care and I don't want to care if you are alive or dead that's non of my business but do not disturb amber's sleep" . Mom are you this heartless I asked, she got furious and slapped me. Dad heard the commotion and came upstairs he immediately asked me for an explanation of what was happening. Before I could speak mom began talking "can you believe this stupid thing she said I was heartless" without waiting for my explanation dad hit me, dad why did you hit me I demanded to know. He slapped me again and said" do you even have the right to talk, dad why do you always like hitting me, but you've never hit amber not even once. I wanted to continue confronting him but before I could talk he picked the astray throwing it at my direction. I couldn't dodge as I waited for the astray to tear my forehead open with blood gushing out. But mum and dad didn't even flinch they stood there not a glimpse of emotion appeared in their heart, why do you hate me this much I asked have I ever offended you in anyways that a scar. I sneered within me stood up from the ground and walked into my room without answering her, as I kept on crying after talking to mom and dad. She came to my room and said without any care in the world, I am hosting your birthday party on Tuesday 7pm asap don't be late. And also come meet me for some you look awful in your rags she said and left. I went to lie down on the bed, thinking about what kind of parents nature gave me. Amber's pov After laughing at zylara, I came back to my room I actually heard the commotion outside but I purposely did not come out. I came up with the excuse that I was in the bathroom, I carefully took out my phone and called Timothy he picked up almost immediately. Hey baby he said how are you doing, fine and you I asked. Doing great baby, do you need anything! Baby I have thought of an idea of clearing zylara out of the way so we can be together. What's the plan he asked I faked sight and narrated it to him, baby that plan is awesome! are you really sure it would work he asked and I assured him then hung up first. Hehehehehe Zylara just wait I'll make your life a living hell soon 😏😏😏 I laughed.
