And when you think, it's impossible to love someone, your heart starts to beat wildly for someone you never thought of. Love is a massive feeling, you fight for it, you die for it but you cannot live without it. Haze Happy reading!!!! I looked at my family one last time. King Hayden Black was here on sharp eleven with another man around his age. I took a deep breath and hugged Amanda and Nathan one last time before departing. I looked at my father and walked towards him. "Take care, father." I said looking in his eyes and his gaze softened on me. "I am sorry Crystal." He said taking my hand in his and all the memories of past rushed back and I jerked my hand from his hold. I waved at them and then I followed the two man in suits. "Queen." The guy with blonde hairs and green eyes said bowing his head while opening the door. I stood there awkwardly not knowing how to react to this new bowing thing. "He is Josh, my beta." King Black said in a hard voice and I rolled my eyes at him. "Crystal." I said offering my hand to his beta with a polite smile. He hesitantly shook my hand and I sat beside King Black. I don't for how long I kept gazing out of the window and eventually ending up sleeping. "Crystal." Somebody shook my shoulder and I mumbled something incoherently and closed my eyes again. "Wake up, Crystal." Irritation in his voice was clear but his touch was gentle and my eyes shot open as I realized it was King Black. "Are we there?" I asked while rubbing my eyes and he nodded at me in response. I looked outside and my eyes widened as I realized it was past evening. "How far are we from my house?" I asked getting out of the car. "Hours away." He said nonchalantly. His beta was nowhere in sight, it was just me and him. "You can't do this, you can't take me away from my family. This is not right." My voice became shrill with every word. He took a step forward and I took a step backward. "Listen here mate, I don't tolerate disrespect." He said in low threatening voice. A part of me wanted to test his limits but my other part was too horrified of the beast in front of me. He is too strong and huge for me to fight. I stood there quiet and he called someone. I looked around admiring the view. We were somewhere away from the city and the area was covered with trees. As much I admired the area, I also knew escape from here will be a difficult task. "Come on." He said walking ahead of me, leading the path. The house in front of me was not what I expected. I expected an old palace, where his ancestors had been living. But what stood against me was a beautiful wooden house. It looked marvelous and expensive. I couldn't help but be impressed by his house. There were two people guarding the house and as soon as they saw us, they bowed in respect. He nodded curtly at them while I gave an awkward wave. He opened the door and as expected the house was clean, no dirt could be spotted at any part of the house. "King. Queen." A voice interrupted my thoughts. I looked at two people standing in front of me bowing their head down. I don't know how he doesn't get uncomfortable with all these attention. I smiled awkwardly at them. "Crystal, she is Alice and the guy next to her is her mate Luke." He said taking a seat on the couch. "Crystal." I said with a smile as they returned to their work. I stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to do. I looked at King Black to see him looking at me with an intense gaze. I narrowed my eyes at him. "It's rude to stare people." I snapped at him with annoyance. "It's not rude to stare your mate." He said, emphasizing 'mate' and I bit my lips to make some crude remark. "King Blac......." I was cut off by him. "Hayden, call me Hayden. I am king to all of them but I am Hayden to you. You are my mate, their queen. You are my equal." He said looking straight in my eyes. I swallowed nervously as he spoke. But I couldn't ignore the fluttering in my stomach when he said me as his equal, his mate. "Actually, I would like to stay in my room." He nodded at me and got up to lead the way. We took the stairs and the second room on the right was mine. "I was planning to keep you with me in our room." My eyes widened at his words. We living in same room. "Hell, no." Ok, that was a bad mood. Cursing in front of a werewolf, that too alpha of all the alphas. I definitely have a death wish. He grabbed my hand and jerked me inside the room and slammed me against the wall. His grip on my hand was increasing painfully. "Mind your tone, sweetheart." He said releasing his hand and stroking his fingers across my cheeks. To anyone else, this gesture might look loving and longing but it was not a gesture out of love, it was a sweet threat. I gulped at his touch. As much pleasure his touch gave me, it also scared the crap out of me. "Oh, and this is your room, mine is beside you. I am going really slow and patient for you." He said, still very close to me. His hand cupping my face. "But disrespect me once more, you are shifting in my room, mate." He said leaning more closer, whispering in my ears. A shiver sent down my spine as I could smell his intoxicating smell. "See you at dinner." He said stepping away from me and walking out like nothing happened, like he practically didn't threaten me. I stood there frozen, not knowing what just happened. I don't know how can a person be so lethal and sweet at the same time. Not to mention his sweetness was more scary then his usual demanding tone. I touched my cheeks where he touched me and I could feel tingles by his touch. Shaking my head, I headed to bathroom to take a shower. After taking a quick shower, I changed into a grey t-shirt and sweats. Now that I look around the room, I realize how beautiful the room is. There is a window on the side of the room and a queen sized bed placed at the middle of the room, a couch was placed just below the window. A table and chair beside the bed. The room was painted grey and white. "Queen." Alice stood at the door bowing her head as she greeted me. "Dinner is ready and king is expecting you downstairs." Her voice was a little shaky. "Call me Crystal." Her eyes snapped to mine in shock. "I don't like formalities, so call me Crystal or Crys." I said with a polite smile. She smiled back at me. I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. This is going to be a long night.
