Long Xue

In the back seat of the Rolls-Royce-Phantom Long Xue was sitting crossing her legs over her knees. She looked absolutely stunning. Long shiny black hair, jade skin, long legs, and a flawless face which would attract the attention of men wherever she goes.

"She doesn't look so cold and cruel to me," thought Long Yun. (sigh) "If only she wasn't my sister."

Long Yun had liked Long Xue since he was a young boy. As when he was only four or so the General had already told him his real origin despite the discontent of madam Long. So, although he loved them as their real family this small act in his childhood always made him remember that he had a real family out there somewhere. Parents who were related to him by blood and maybe siblings too. But the debt that he owed to the Long family is as heavy as a mountain so although he liked Long Xue he never gave her a sign or even tried to court her. She became his unrequited first love.

Long Xue and Long Yun had spent much time when they were kids. But when they started growing up Long Yun was enlisted in various martial arts programs which required him to stay outside the manor days after days and Long Xue was sent to a prestigious school for the children of the elite families of the capital. Gradually their time together lessened and lessened. After Long Yun turned ten it was literally non-existent. They would only meet at family gatherings and special occasions after Xue started learning business for the family.

After Long Yun joined the army he returned home a few times but she had been outside for business and only mother Qin was in the house. So in the last six years, they haven't met even once. But Long Yun would always buy accessories for Long Xue whenever he would visit a new place for missions. This became his habit. So more than half of his luggage was filled with packed accessories for Long Xue.

"Brother Yun it's been a long time. Are you gonna keep standing there or come inside so we can head home?"

Long Yun realized just how much he missed her after hearing her sweet voice. 

"I just got scared a bit you know. I open the car door and suddenly find a drop-dead gorgeous lady sitting in the backseat."

"Seems like your tongue was dipped in honey for the last six years. In the past, you wouldn't even compliment me even if I looked as beautiful as a fairy." Long Xue smirked.

Long Xue was a bit astonished by Long Yun's transformation. When he left home both of them had the same height. But now he was a head taller and he gave off a very masculine aura which made her dizzy for a moment. In the past, Long Yun never praised her much fearing that others might find it as him taking advantage of the Long family even after all they did for him. So he was very passive about Long Xue. Now he felt like there was no need for that and let nature take its course.

"It's not like she's my real sister. If she loves someone else I wouldn't stop them and even give them my support but if someone tries to force her or hurts her, I'll kill him with my own hands." thought Long Yun.
