He was yelling into his phone. No one had anything. It was like she just disappeared into nothing. It didn’t matter that everyone knew Kieran had her. There was no proof. Nothing. It meant that he had no grounds to storm Moon Side. He was constantly on edge and most of the pack was avoiding him. Except his beta and his sister. When Pearl turned up at the house, he was surprised and annoyed.
‘What can I do for you, Pearl?’ He barely even looked up.
‘I am sorry I didn’t see this.’ This time he looked up and sighed.
‘Please sit Pearl.’ She sat on the edge of the chair.
‘I see nothing to help you. I am sorry. I knew something was off, but I have been blocked. There is a powerful witch working with Kieran blocking me. After what happened, I think I know who it is.’
