Cody gave Hayden space once he greeted his parents by the crowded luggage carousel. They were a good-looking hippie couple and Cody could barely believe Toby and Sunshine were Hayden’s parents. He left them to find their bags and hug each other, and meandered to the restroom.
On his way, he noticed an old woman watching Hayden and his parents. Cody told himself to continue on to the men’s room, relieve himself, and not get involved. He was guilty of people-watching himself.
