Raven's POV Ignoring Kai, I turn back as hastily as before, almost slamming my forehead into the stone. I search the ground. Scanning it with my eyes to see who it is. Internally, I'm hoping it's doggie coming to help me. A small voice inside me is pleading that it isn't him. What if they pierce him with one of those things? It wouldn't just make a hole in him. It would rip him to pieces. 'Do you know him?' Kai whispers so close to my ear that his lips are grazing my skin, making strands of hair caress over my neck - tickling me. New shivers erupt, and I draw a deep breath to refocus. My eyes zoom in on a blond wolf on the other side. I have never seen him before. It's not my doggie. 'No, I don't know who that is...' I admitted. But then my eyes land on what is on the wolf's back -
