Aerly Rhodes loved her home, a seemingly endless forest surrounding the sanctuary as they called it tucked far away from the city. Aerly loved it, she loved everything about it the morning rays of sunlight beaming throughout the thick rows of trees causing light to cast across the flowering grounds and the sweet song of birds and other animals that lived there. It was a safe place hence the name. It was a safe haven for her kind werewolves that is. Lost, abused, rejected mates and forgotten wolves ended up on the land always causing it to grow further into the wilderness of the land but she was happy. Happy to help her father work with the strays that would find their way onto the property and let them know they were safe.  Aerly's father Will was once a powerful Alpha while her mother a strong Alpha herself chosen for him but always stood by his side until her unfortunate death. Though he had grown to love Aerly's mother after their arranged marriage she wasn't his mate. It was actually rare to find ones mate even for the strongest of wolves who it was supposed to be more common for but with so many wolves walking the world it was quite difficult so most wolves would get on with their lives and find another to love and spend their lives with. Frankly, Aerly was glad finding a mate was so rare and she would most likely never find her own. Instead, she could live her life the way she always wanted in the sanctuary with her family and one day carry on her fathers legacy.
