After a brief search through the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, we successfully located all the necessary ingredients. I should not have been surprised, as the Davis household maintains a well-stocked kitchen.
“This will be quite intriguing,” Michael remarked, surveying the assortment of candy we had collected. We had gathered M&M’s, gumdrops, candy canes, and even a candy snowman. “I have never constructed a gingerbread house before.”
