had the strangest feeling that I needed to look at the security cameras for some reason. I slowly got off the couch and headed into the private office Lawson and I had at the end of the hall off the kitchen. I had felt as if I was as big as a whale when I tried to scoot my body off that damn couch. I was already out of breath not even halfway down the damn hall. I knew sometimes even with being a vampire that my body would still struggle with the change and I would get tired. This is one of those moments. They seemed to be happening a lot lately.
I clicked on the screen and started moving cameras around at different angles, so I could see into the woods. We probably had about two hundred security cameras placed throughout the mountain. I thought it was a little on the extrem
