Bianca's pov
I stared at him, my eyes searching for a hint of a lie or anything—but all I could see was sincerity.
If he had a brother, why am I just finding out?
No—why does no one know?
No story, nothing at all.
I looked up at him, and his gaze was still fixed on me.
What should I tell him?
I'm not angry. I mean, why should I be?
I've never asked him about his family. He's always the one asking about mine.
"I... I don't know what to say." He gave a half-smile and crumbled toward me.
"I'm not expecting you to say anything. I just wanted you to know."
"Not just as my mate, Bianca. I want you to be aware that he's involved with your family issues. We'll get to the root of it."
He's always thinking about me.
