chapter 20:Stay with me

"pleas stay" it came as a whisper.

"okay I will stay with you for a little longer,then I will have go back" Jeremy said turing around.They stayed there in silent.No one dared to talk .Mark was leaning on the balcony Piller.he dare not to go near the glass wall of the balcony.one thing that he was afraid of was hight.And right now they were on the last floor of a hotel with 33 floor.

"is she your girlfriend?" Mark brake the silent which was becoming real awkward.

"who?" He was confused what Mark was talking about.

"The girl you were with" he was jealousy.

"why?" he said turing around to face the mark.

"Nothing just curious,and again it's not my business" he said looking at his shoes.

"Are you jealous of her?" Jeremy said holding mark chin to see the reaction on his face.

"why should I be?" only his touch was making him blush.

"I never imagine you being the shy type"

"Am not shy" he said squeezing his' eyes.

Jeremy chuckled softly,and that tension that was there was go."if you say so" he said laughing.

Jeremy wanted to ask him about that day but he felt like it was not the right time.

"Did you really mean it" Mark asked seating on the floor.

"what?"

"You know"

" am lost here" he said with a confused face.

"You like me,did you mean it " he was really embarrassed.him having to ask,which come as a whisper but it was like the odds was against him,Jeremy heard what he said and nodded."Yes.i meant it".

He wanted to say something but he couldn't find the right words.

"I have to go back.its my party and people will start wandering where I went"

" wah,,your are really go in running away" Mark shouted,Jeremy was walking back and for the second time he had to stop.Marks heart was beating very fast and his breath was unsteady.It was even visible on his chest.

"what are you talking about , running away from what?"

"And again I don't ran way,I always face my problem,be it my demons or my angel" he stated.

" you are the one running away" he said sarcastically,walking back to where Mark was standing.

"And if you keep running way you will one day turn back and find yourself all alone.pushing away people that love you is all you know so you don't have any right to tell me am running away.in really sense you are the one running" He was really serious which scared Mark.he stand still looking at the man talking infront of him.

After saying what he had to say he turned around and walked.this time he didn't dare stop or look back.He was startled and he almost foul on the ground he someone embraced him from behind.

The person was crying ,he could hear him sobbing.Jeremy turned around and wrapped his hand around Mark who was still crying.His heart was break . seeing him in tears was the last thing he wanted to see."please don't leave me" he said in between his sob.

"Am not planning of leaving your" he said rubbing his back. " Am scared . everyone that I love always leaves me" his guy can really cry.

" I promise am not going to leave your am here to stay if you want ?" he said holding his chin to make him face him.

"Do you want me to stay" he nodded in response."okay" he wiped his tears with his hand and kissed him on the forehead.They stood there embracing each without saying a word.Listening to each other heart beats.

"Let's go back to the party" Jeremy said when mark was calmed and composed.He nodded ,before Jeremy could turn Mark tiptoed and gave him a peck on the lips.Jeremy was startled ,mark was smiling sweetly.He wanted to kiss him but he was scared." may I " Mark knew what he was asked.instead of answering he wrapped his arms around Jeremy neck and closed his eyes,waiting for Jeremy to kiss him.

Jeremy looked at the handsome and sexy and who was standing infront of his. for him it was like a dream come true.he had been dreaming of this moment form the day he met him.Holding him on his hand and being able to kiss him was the best birthday gift he could ever asked.

He didn't waste any time and he sealed his lips,it was a gentle kiss.His lips were warm against his.he felt his heart thumbing out loud.He pulled back,making space enough for him to look into his eyes.

"Thank you" he Jeremy said smiling like a loving boyfriend.

Mark laughed ,the suddenly stopped and looked at him."thank you ,and am sorry for making you stay away from me.bad thing I didn't buy you a gift but I promise I will buy you one" this is the best gift jeremy could ever asked.

"I already have may gift,you being in my arms lik this is the best gift I could ask for" he said putting Mark's head on his chest.cassing Make hand.

Someone coughed behind the to get the attention.Jeremy turns around to see his friend Tristan standing hands on the chest with a mischievous smile on his face.

"so this is what you have been doing all that time, people are asking about you?" he said looking at Jeremy who was holding Mark hand.His eyes wanted answer."Can you explain what is going on here"

"What you see is what is happening" Jeremy said smiling.He gave him a cold glare telling him to f**k off and no more questions.

They went back to the party still holding hands.Marks was scared on how people will react when they saw them together.

Jeremy felt the tensed felling in hand and he squeezed his hand gentle assuring him he will not let anything happen to him.He gave him a slight kiss on the lips before the entered the party.

Mark friends were really happy to see him smiling and holding hands.Apart from joy non of his friend knew about his feeling towards Jeremy.Even if there were happy they were also confused but they decided to enjoy and be happy for him.He gave the a look that indicated I will explain later.
