4:The saving of miller's company

All the news headline was all about the man behind the mask who had saved the Miller's company from collapsing.

Mark has been able to stay out of the spot light for the past seven years,and the fear of what happened in the past was creeping on him.

He was afraid if anyone found out of where he has been and the life he had build with so much difficulty will be ruined.and he cannot afford to hate that one person that has been very dear to him.

After thinking for so long Mark fished his phone from the pocket and dialed someone number.After what seem like century the person on the other end of the phone pick it up.

"hello" she was like she was yelling to him."hey girl come down ,,,,how how is she" he said voice full of worries

"she is fine but she misses you so much you have to hurry back" said the person on the other end of the line and they said they goodbye before ending up the call.

After that call Mark was in a better mood and he keep smiling eyes filled with love.He has been working really hard this few day and did not even had a proper sleep.

He believed in himself and know who can achieve anything but this time he needed someone to encourage him to tell him that everything will be okay and he will be ok.

It was time like the that he really wish they were still together.He brushed the thoughts away and tried concentrating on the task in hand .

Two weeks had passed and things were running smoothly ,Luca has been a great help and they started talking even if not mostly but he was happy.

He had moved out of his parents house which was retry his ,but being in the same house with them and breathing the some air he , felt suffocating he could not breath and it was really pain full after what they did to him. 

After he had finished signing few documents and he was about to head out for lunch with his friend Miss black.

Kendy come running to his office ,she was breathing fast and her face was full of worries and he know there was something wrong.

she was holding her iPad "sir I think you need to see this" she said almost as a whisper.

Mark took the iPad and he almost drop it down after seeing his photo making the headline new."How did they get my photo" He has always been careful not to uncover his identify.

His phone started ring " You can leave now I need to answer this call" he know Kendy wanted to hug him but he did not let that happen, so turn and started walking slowly as if she was not sure if to obey her boss or just ignored him.

Mark gave her a smile to assure her he is fine and she closed the door behind her.

"Hey I saw it are you okay?" the person on the other end asking full of worries and concerned.

"Hey am okay as long as he will not start looking for me I will be fine but I really scared" Mark said to his best friend Gabe.They become friend the when he reallocate to Italy.

"I will be there by tomorrow " "hey am a grown up man and I can handle this there is no need for you to come" "oh who said I am coming bacuse of you don't get a head of yourself" Gabe said teasing his friend who he know right know was patting and bitting his lips.

"I have three month business contract there " Gabe said.

Mark was really happy that his friend will become and all his worries and fear faded away and he was looking forward for him to come.

"okay I will kick you up tomorrow" he ended the call and headed out of his office to have lunch with Miss black.

upon his arrival to the hotel he found that she had already arrive and was waiting for him.

"Are you ready to order " the waiter said and they order.As we wait for the order to arrive the was awkward silence between them.

"will be okay?" she asked finally "I will be okay I can handle it" "okay if you say so" she gave him a smile and squished his hand.

"oh I wanted to tell you about the school fund raising that you and Jeremy started ,it has been going on and for this year it will be help here and you are invited" Mark was shocked and surprised at the same time.

he rolled eyes and and bit his bottom lips his eyes said it all that he was not ready to face them."I don't think I can make it I will have to pass "

"Mark you can't be serious for the past seven eyes all you invitation card were handed to your sister ,and I know everyone will be more than happy to see you .even Jeremy agreed to be the host after seven years of him turning down the offer" she said very excitedly and her brown years were filled with hope that I will change my mind.

"can I think about it ,,but I can't promise I will come" I told her and she was very happy.

Later the food arrived and we eat happily talking about a lot of thing that happen in the past.

Mark went back to the office after having lunch with his old friend.most of the time he distracted himself with work.He know that one day he will have to face his past and talk about it but ...knock knock there was a knock on the door.

"come in" to his surprise Alex walked in ,he was not expect him or planing to see him so soon

"how can I help you today" he said with w straight forward look."is that a way of welcoming you biggest investor" Alex said with a wide smile

"so how am I supposed to welcome you with a hug or something" I asked "what about with a kiss" I was shocking an for a moment I was left speechless.

"oh I thought you had a girlfriend?" I asked while joking , what way am I even playing this kind of joke with him ,it is very clear that he is straight and even if he is bisexualI don't care .

"so what brings you to my office " ok asked changing the subject ,but it was very clear that I wanted to continue with the same subject,it was written all over his face and his eyes could tell that he was enjoying it.

"I come to invite you for drinks tonight" " what makes you thing that I would want to have a drink with you"I asked straight in his eyes .

"cause I want to know more about you ?" "no thank you ,and you already know me what more do you want to know" I asked angrily I was starting to lose my cool and the way he was looking at me ,made me nervous and my hands started shaking.

" I will not take no for an answer ,me meet to night I will send you the time and place and don't be late " what was he giving me an order.the cheekiness in his face disappear and his eyes turned dark.

what's wrong with this man what does he really want from me .the man let the office and locked the door behind him without even looking back after ordering me around as if I was his b***h .

I walked in to the parking ,I wanted to go straight home and show him am not a b***h that he thinks he can order around .

what makes him think that just because he is the biggest investor he can order me.Come to think of today headline that I when I realized that the photo that was published was the one that I had I meeting with Alex.

Did he set me up or was it just a coincidence which I really doubt .I really wanted to confront him.

"hey over here" what the hell is he doing here." what do you want I told you am not having a drink you you ,how many time do you want me to remind you" i said with a voice full of anger.he was very annoying.

" I just figured out you will say so ,am here to pick you up and I told you I don't take no for an answer" he said gesturing me to get into the car.

I walked into my car and before I could open the door he was standing in front of me.His brown eyes were mesmerizing I wanted to drown myself in the but I couldn't.His lips were so close to me I could even smell his cologne.

He will not stop pestering me so I have to give it. we entered into his car and he started the engine.
