Camila's POV
I was so worried about Lauren. She usually didn't go out by herself at night. I was so worried I couldn't get any sleep and I stayed in the small living room we had and waited for Lauren to come back.
The door burst open at about two in the morning. Lauren stumbled in. I rushed to her side.
"Lauren, what happened? Why were you gone so late?" I questioned. "Nothing, I'm okay, go to bed," she replied.
Blood was dripping from her cheek, I had then noticed. "Lauren, what the hell? Why are you bleeding?" I asked loudly. "It's fine, I just tripped on the way home," she replied, although I was pretty sure that she was lying.
Going to get a wash cloth, I said, "Lauren, please stop doing this. I could've gone with you. And you could at least tell me what happened."
"Just go to bed, okay?" Lauren asked. I knew she didn't want to talk, and pushing her wouldn't help, so I did as she said.
Lauren's POV
Camz went to her room. Meanwhile tears began to stream down my face.
I just couldn't take things anymore. It was all so stressful. I just wanted to end it all.
Unfortunately, I knew I couldn't do this. I couldn't leave Camz alone, so instead I did what I always did when I felt like this.
The knife in the kitchen was in eye sight. I practically ran towards it. I lifted my shirt, where there were hundreds of cuts from that same knife, and I decided to make more that night.
By the time we had to leave for school, I had about a hundred more cuts added to my stomach, and the stinging sensation was calming. Camz didn't know about any of this, but I was so glad that she didn't.
"Lauren, you look terrible, are you okay to go to school?" Camz asked right before we had to leave.
"Maybe, I don't know," I said honestly. All I wanted to do was cut some more.
"I could call Selena or Demi. They could drive me to school. Or I could walk," she said.
"No," I told her quickly. I'll drive you, and pick you up, okay? Let's go," I told her. I then drove Camz to school. I didn't let her say anything else.
Camila's POV
Lauren dropped me off at school, then drove away as soon as she saw Selena and Vanessa walking towards me.
"Hey Camila!" Vanessa said as she walked towards me, with a huge smile plastered on her face.
Selena put her arm around my shoulders as she came up to me. "Come on, we have to get inside before we're late, we have chemistry again," Selena said.
I sighed. "Okay let's go," I said with fake excitement as I followed her to class.
Class started practically as soon as we walked in. Chemistry was literally the most pointless subject, although I guess I shouldn't complain, because I had never really been to school before.
Quickly enough, lunch rolled around. Demi came to the table excitedly with Niall.
Ashley and Miley joined the table then, too. Miley looked jealous of Demi, even though Demi seemed genuinely happy.
Throughout lunch, Demi flirted with Niall while everyone else talked normally with each other.
Soon enough, lunch ended and we went back to class. Selena sat next to me when she asked me, "So what are you doing Friday night?"
"Not sure, why?" I asked. "Miley's throwing a party and told me to invite you and your sister," she replied.
"Well, maybe we'll come," I told her.
