Chapter Four/ Hawaiian Fun (1)

During break fast, the table was full with different couples unlike yesterday, I particularly like Natasha and her husband Lyons, Vanessa and her fiance Chris, Nelly and her boyfriend Rayleigh. The couples seems really nice and I especially like Natasha for her sassy and out spoken behavior.

When the games begin, 3 couples would have to ask 3 other couples 3 questions from a list. I and Austin was paired with Natasha and Lyon, and of course Amelia and Colton. Curse my luck!

"Ok, I'll go first." Amelia said, "what did your first kiss feel like?"

" Well.. uh, magical. Her lips are like candy." He said that so convincing that it seems real, he looked down to my lips something unfamiliar flashed between his eyes.

I could see Colton's face turn red even though he has dark skin. I couldn't hide my excitement seeing him all rilled up. So I grinned. Everyone thought I was flattered by what Austin said because of my sheepish smile, even Austin was confused.

"My turn, I'll ask you." Colton said.

my bad luck! why must Colton ask Austin?

"Tell me how many times do you do it in a week." he asked.

The question made my heart beat race faster.

"I lost count" luckily Austin was able to come up with a fair answer.

Colton's face instantly turned sour. His once calm demeanor changed to a vexed one.

"I bet you're only putting on an act" Colton said. My heart skipped a beat." HOW LONG DO YOU THINK YOU CAN KEEP IT IN YOUR PANTS I DOUBT. "

Everyone gasped and a wave of silence enveloped the room. While I couldn't let Colton humiliate Austin, I had to keep my cool. Seeing Austin's face like that made my heart break into a thousand tiny pieces. He had helped me numerous times before, Austin was always full of wits but he just kept quiet.

I turned to Colton like a raging bull.

"That question is not on the list." Everyone agreed with me, I stared daggers into Colton's eyes and I could feel his fear and anger. If I get angry, I could say very vulgar words.

"At least his better than a coward, he didn't run away. Austin has changed alot, he's not like he used to be. He's not like the way you knew before. I'd like to see you change too, Colton! Just.. Go to hell !"

The game ended immediately I stormed out of there.

"Is it just me or is the atmosphere a little tense?" Natasha said as she approached me.

"Argh!"

After A Few Hours.

"Is it just me or is this party a little ... boring?" Austin asked, he was resting floating at the edge of the pool while I sat with half my legs on the pool. I could see Colton staring at me, he was shocked. I had never yelled at him before, he looked apologetic but I wasn't buying it. Colton has no right to criticize my fake boyfriend and best friend too! At least Austin never left me, he was always by my side. Unlike him!

"What do you want now?"

"Let's sneak out." Austin suggested.

" Yes, please! I'm as bored as hell."

Sneaking Out.

" Why are you so grumpy?" Austin asked and laughed.

"We're on a boat in the middle of nowhere, Ofcourse I'll be grumpy I have all the right to be grumpy!"

" Oh c'mon now! the island is not that far away" Austin replied.

When we arrived at the island, my feet touched the beautiful white sand in the sea shore. I raced into the island.

This place is medieval and tranquil!

"Don't run, you'll fall dumba#s" Austin said.

As the word left his mouth, I fell down on the sand, and landed on my butt.

He rushed over to help me and laughed at my goofy fall.

"I told you not to run." Austin said.

I took his hands and pulled him down, making him fall beside me. Now we both fell.

"Hey, that's a sly one." he chuckled.

And I laughed. The island was so peaceful and beautiful, we had the best time there, enjoying nature, the cool breeze, meditating, and playing in the beautiful clear blue sea. I felt very happy and I felt a special and unfamiliar connection to him, a spark!

We're seating under a tree, just enjoying the fresh air.

"Why did you not say anything when Colton was trying to humiliate you?"

"What can I say? Colton's right after all." he replied.

" Is that why you didn't reply?" he nodded in confirmation, " You shouldn't feel bad for what you do on your bed, it's not anyone's business. Totally not Colton's."

" Thanks for standing up for me, shortie." Austin said, he smiled down at me lovingly making my tummy twist.

" No problem. Friends always got each other's backs."

" I guess, it's late, we should get going." Austin said, he led me to the shore and stopped in his tracks.

" What happened?"I ran up to him, " what happened?"

" The boat.. it's gone!" he said.

" Gone? How? "

" I think we forgot to drop anchor." he said to my dismay.

" Oh GOD! we're stuck in this island forever!"

"Come with me." he said, he ran into the island.

" What are you doing?" I asked agitated. " don't you think we should call for help or signal a boat, or just ANYTHING!!"

"I'm exploring, it's not everyday you get stuck in an island so let's explore, and besides, no one is coming until morning" he said," That's why we need to look around."

" But we're stuck in an island, are you getting the weight of this?We could actually die here if no one finds us, and you think it's play!?"

" You're being grumpy again." he said and walk past me.

I don't even know why I'm grumpy today, I realized I was lacking behind so I rushed over to him, every turn he took I tried to catch up with him.

"Hey wait for me, will ya? Don't leave me alone!"

" Is that your way of saying you can't stay away from me?" Austin said and gave his usual charming cute smile.

I rolled my eyes. "Your charms don't work me"

"I know... I know." he said.

Suddenly a gasped escaped my lips . A beautiful and mysterious light beamed radiantly.

"Wow..." escaped my lips.
