CHAPTER 7 5 weeks later ~ENZO'S POV "Wakey, wakey darling." A high pitch voice spoke, interrupting my sleep. Groaning I turned to face the culprit. Only to find long dark wavy hair, and those blue eyes I've missed.  "Come on, you're going to be late." She smiled at me, her voice awakening something in my chest. "Alina?" I whispered to myself, looking at her with disbelief. "Why are you looking at me like that." She giggled, throwing a pillow at my face in amusement. I only smiled widely, looking at her with so much emotion going through me. "Come on, you big oaf. You promised you'd take me to the museum." She jumped on top of me, straddling me with he legs on either side of my torso. "You didn't forget did you?" A frown forming on her angelic face, her eyes turning a hint of disappointment. I reached out to touch her, caressing my hand on her cheek as she leaned into it. I sat up, leaning my forehead to hers.  "I've missed you so much, amore." I whispered, leaning closer. Trying to catch her lips with mine. But before I could, something pulled me away from Alina. "Wake up. Come on Enzo I want to go shopping."  My eye lids opened, looking over to the high pitch voice. I felt a frown pull at me. Understanding now it was just a dream. "Get out." I groaned, but she didn't take the hint. "Come on, baby. Don't be like that." She pouted, causing more anger to rise inside me. "I said, get the f**k out!" Causing the woman to flinch, before grabbing her clothes off the ground and running out of the room. Turning to face the alarm clock, I realised it was time to get up. Groaning, I sat up running a hand over my face. DANTE'S POV I slammed my laptop shut, finally finding the address of where Alina has been a couple days go. I got up, grabbed my jacket and keys. Eager to go find Alina. And maybe a little eager to prove Enzo wrong, but that can wait after. I drove 30 minutes out, where I found a small private bar. One that looked almost vacant. I walked in, going towards the bartender, leaning on the counter as I raised a hand. Signalling I needed assistance. "How can I help you, sir." The old man asked, finishing wiping one of his glasses before putting it on the shelf.  "I'm looking for someone, a woman. She was here not long ago." I explained, pulling up a photo. The one I took from the box that Enzo was going to throw out. "Oh, yeah. She comes here every night. One of our usual really. Sometimes you'll catch her helping out when it gets crowded." He replied, looking at the photo of Alina.  "Sweet girl too, but lately she hasn't been showing up." The old man explained. "When was the last time she came here?" I asked eagerly. "Last Tuesday. Though she seemed quiet rigid, like someone was looking for her." He then stared down at me inquisitively. "That wouldn't be you, would it." He asked, but I only chuckled.  "Relax, I'm just a worried older brother looking for his baby sister. You know, before our mother freaks out and starts calling the authorities." I then turned to leave to walk out of the bar, starting my investigation again. But before I drove off, I couldn't help but smile. Smacking the wheel as I yelled in excitement. "She's alive." I smiled to myself, starting the car up. Driving off back to my motel.
