I was happy when I was admitted to university,I wasn't happy with the course I was offered but anything that could make me leave that house was my only dream at that time.
my mom was soo happy she shared the new with my stepdad thinking he would be happy.

she traveled back after staying with me for some days it was my new found freedom.i was soo busy with studies and lectures I hardly eat at home am always in lecture room so I noticed my mom tone changed when she called me for some weeks I didn't count it as a serious matter not until the day I called my mom and she isn't picking up ,I called for Almost an hour nobody picked it up i was worried that i traveled back home and met my mom in her room receiving treatment and her hand is bandaged her body is full of marks our neighbors told me what happened and how he turned my mother to punching machine always beating her since she returned i was furious and angry i called my mom friend mummy toyin she said the only help she can render is taking me to human right so he can be punished and she did I wrote a statement and explained how it all happened and two officers followed me home for proof
when we came back he was home waiting for me he didn't know my move .
he was surprised when he saw two officers followed me in.he was arrogant at first but he later gave in when the officers was not taking it easy on him,I saw it in my mom's face she was proud of me her she shed some tears while they were questioning her . he was given a latter to report to the station after (48)hours
we moved out of the house that day with some few belongings we stayed at my mom's friend house before moving to our own some months after.leaving my mom broke that she can't afford to sponsed my education

I was relieved a bit but I'm still worried about my results hoping to be free .
