Chapter Fifteen

F I F T E E N I look at the address Cassiel had told me to meet him up in, what the hell? The address he had sent me was familiar. I shook my head as I walk out of the taxi, after paying of course. I notice nobody outside, all that was in front of me was a large warehouse- who in their right mind would hang out in a warehouse. Perhaps I'm at the wrong place, would it hurt to knock on the doors of the ware house? Nope that would be stupid, this place is already stranded there's no point of me searching for Cassiel in such an oddly familiar area. Well there's always a chance for stupid ideas, I walk towards the warehouse. Unusual, the door was open. I walk inside gingerly- I swear if he's not in here I'm going to kill him. Suddenly someone pulls my waist back and pushes me towards the wall, my head hits the wall. Ouch. I notice it was a brunette haired guy with grey eyes, he held a knife near my neck. "Who are you?" He states icily, literally I can't be invited to a place without getting attacked randomly- this has got to stop. I notice the guy had a straight face, classic. The knife was so close to my neck that if I even spoke my throat would slit- jeez. "I don't know Robin, if you'd remove that knife away from her throat she'd respond." I notice Cassiel, sarcasm was dripping off his tone. Thank goodness, shoot. That's Robin? "Whatever." Robin eyes me suspiciously before removing the knife away from my throat. I let out a sigh of relief as Cassiel chuckles. "Don't mind Robin, he likes to be uh safe, I guess." Cassiel states as Robins scoffs. I could tell. "Clearly." I give Robin a pointed look, he scowls at me before walking off. "Robin is usually like this, once you get to know the guy- you'll realise he's a good person." Cassiel informs me as he gestured me to follow him. "Who hangs out in a warehouse?" I question as I look around the place, it was quite cosy for a warehouse. "Theres much more to this place, you'll know how later on." Cassiel tells me as we walk towards the centre of the warehouse. There was another guy, he had a grey hoodie and tracksuits on as he laid on the couch which happened to be in the warehouse. "That's Fraser." Cassiel points at the blonde haired guy who was close to falling asleep. I notice Robin sitting on a stool, he avoids my gaze. I see how it is. I'm clearly still annoyed by his actions. Ignore Robin, don't talk to him. I remember the guys words, there was something about Robin that seemed like danger- maybe they're right, he seems like trouble. The guy Fraser pulls his earphones out and places his gaze on me, he smiles before waving at me. He seems nice. "What's your name?" Fraser enquires, I notice his voice was deep. I didn't expect it from his appearance. "Isabelle." I respond, taking a seat next to Fraser. Cassiel takes a seat in front of me- next to Robin on a stool. "Cool name." Fraser says as he places the hood of his hoodie on, he was so cute. "It's a typical name." Robin states, Fraser frowns at his friends attitude. "Obviously, there's like 7 billion people on earth- don't you expect someone to have the same name as me?" I retort looking at Robin, his eyes held fury. "I don't like you. Please die in a fire." Robin says bluntly. Really? How classic. "That's not nice." I glance at him, he yawns. "I said please," he adds, I can't believe this guy. Fraser clearly amused by his friend bursts out into giggles, Cassiel smacks Robin on the head. "Dude!" Robin hisses as he fixes his hair. Cassiel shook his head in disappointment. "I invited her here so we could become friends, you two clearly are scaring her away." Cassiel groans as I notice him face palming. I notice Fraser writing something, it was some sort of letter. Robin notices it too. "Please don't tell me that's not what I think it is." Robin looks at Fraser trying his best not to laugh. Fraser glares at him, "Screw you, you are not going to change my mind. I'm sending it." Fraser says as he places the letter in a red envelope. "You're eighteen, you can't keep writing letters to Santa Claus!" Robin scolds Fraser. I couldn't believe that Fraser was actually writing letters to someone that doesn't exist. "Well I'm eighteen and you're not, you're seventeen." Fraser smirks before sticking his tongue out to Robin. Robin scoffs at his statement. "I'm much mature." he mutters incoherently, Cassiel chuckles at Frasers sudden attitude towards Robin. "That still doesn't change the fact that I'm older." Fraser says smugly before standing up, he was going to place his letter in the mail box. "I don't understand, where do you mail that letter to?" I question. "I mail it to the North Pole of course!" Fraser yells in delight as he walks out of the warehouse. Cassiel shook his head at Frasers actions, Robin face palms at Frasers response. "So Isabelle, why are you here." Robin focuses his glance at me as if he was trying to discover something. He seems like a complete arrogant fool. "I invited her." Cassiel looks at Robin, sending him a warning glance. "And you came?" Robin looks at me astounded, what was his deal? "Why would I turn down an invite?" I state, Robin nods his head. There was a persistent knocking sound. Cassiel stood up, oh please don't leave Robin and I alone. "Looks like Fraser locked himself out, I'll be right back." Cassiel states before walking off to open the door for Fraser. "Tell me why you're really here." Robin says in a hushed tone, his voice was steely as he looked at me. "I told you, I got invited." I say, my tone was laced with annoyance. I was sick and tired of his bullshit. There's always a bastard in a group, I've clearly found the one of this group. "Right, Listen Isabelle, Whatever you're looking for here- I'll make it hard for you." Robin informs me his jaw clenched. "Sucks for you, I don't want anything from here." I glance at him, sending him a smirk. "I've seen people try to become friends with Cassiel, it was only for one reason- I'm pretty sure you're here for the same reason." Robin says, I mean I get him- he was right. Yet I need something from Cassiel, if I don't have it- I would risk my life. Robin runs his hand through his light brown hair, his grey eyes stare at me in annoyance. As much as I hated his attitude towards me, he was one attractive person. Damn it, he's already on to me. "Don't worry, I'm not like those people." I respond, Cassiel seems like a great guy- it would be wrong of me to deceive him. But I need to, I need the fourth clue. "Do you know what," Robin moves closer towards me, "As long as you don't do anything to Cassiel, I won't have a problem with you." His minty breath hits my face, I nod my head, feeling a little flustered at his sudden closeness. "Hey guys- woah, you guys seem to like each other a lot." Fraser widens his eyes as Robin jolts backwards, he morphed his face into a look of disgust. "Me and her, no, never." Robin says as I mirror his actions, I frown at Frasers assumption. "I would never go for someone like, him." I say offended, even though Robin was gorgeous- his attitude killed everything. "Oh thank goodness, if Cassie--" Robin gave Fraser a stern look, Fraser chuckles awkwardly, "I mean if you guys were a thing I would puke- yep I would puke." Fraser says oddly. "Fraser you should really stop locking yourself out." I hear Cassiel walking towards the stool he sat on earlier. Fraser looks at him embarrassed. "I forget there's a lock." He says, before looking at Robin and I suspiciously. He really needs to get the idea of Robin and I out of his head. "So what were you guys talking about when I was opening the door for this fool." He hits Frasers head, Fraser looks at Robin and I once more before shaking his head. "We were talking," Robin says glaring at me, probably warning me not to say anything. "About how beautiful the weather is." Robin adds. Fraser furrows his eyebrows, "It's raining." He looks at Robin. Robin shrugs his shoulders, "I like the rain." he simply says. "So do I." I add. "It's funny because you guys were--" Fraser was about to complete his sentence but Robin interjected. "We were joking about, isn't that what friends do?" Robin forces a smile as Fraser looks at him slightly ticked off. "Right." I mutter. Cassiel looks at Robin and I, he seemed suspicious just like Fraser. Thanks to Fraser, Cassiel probably has a wrong impression of me. "So I've heard we're eating Italian today." Fraser trails on. My phone vibrates, I really need a new phone number. I look at the text message. All in all, it's safe to say your days are numbered. - X "What the f**k?" Robin whispers, I look up to find him looking at my phone, I clench my jaw. He was not supposed to see that. Robin looks at me before shaking his head in disappointment. "I'll be right back, so will Isabelle." Robin says in a hostile voice before grabbing me phone. "Come with me." He says in a tone I couldn't understand. Robin had gestured me to follow him, I listen to him as he lead me outside of the warehouse. "I can't believe you, you're involved with X?" He hisses pointing at my phone. "I-I can't get rid of him, I'm forced to play his stupid game." I stammer as Robin releases a sigh of annoyance. "So you're here to get the fourth clue from Cassiel? You're going to date him and break his heart?" He enquires, his tone turns cold. "I h-have to!" I exclaim as Robin shook his head. "You can't." He responds. "What else can I do then? If I don't get the fourth clue then I'll die." I say in anger as Robin looked at me in pity. "You're a rose, damn it I should've known it the moment you walked into the room." Robin whispers. "Please, let me find out the fourth clue through Cassiel." I sputter, he looks at me his jaw clenched as he ran his hand through his soft brown hair. "Why the hell are you doing what X wants? Why don't you confront X and destroy him yourself?" Robin enquires, he wasn't wrong. Why the heck am I listening to some psychotic person? Why am I playing the game? I'm practically dancing to X's tunes. "I-I don't know." I sigh as Robin frowns. "You shouldn't complete the game, you must end it." Robin persists as I look at him in consideration. "How so?" I queried. "Simple. Destroy the boss." He responds, "And I know exactly how to do that." He adds. "And don't take me helping you as a sign of a favour, to be honest I've been wanting to get rid of this piece of s**t forever." Robin informs me as I roll my eyes. "What do we do first?" I ask. "Lure X. I guess it's best for me to tell you the fourth and fifth clue." Robin says before sighing. "I have a better idea." I say, Robin looks at me, "And what would that be?" He says sarcastically. "Tell me the whole truth." Robin purses his lips, perhaps he was wondering if it is a good idea. "Fine, I'll tell you the whole truth." __
