Evnoia looked down at the girl whose arms was linked with hers. "You seem to know your way around here pretty well, we didn't get lost." They had taken a twenty minutes walk from the school building to the female dormitory. Shelia had said that a two sitter carriage with a single horse rode the students to their dormitories, when She complained of the the walk being too long. "I can't see any." She had replied, stating the obvious. "That's because they work during school hours." On getting to the dormitory, Evnoia was pretty impressed, the dormitory looked more like a hotel, than a place where students lived. Totalling five floors, excluding the ground floor which was used for a dinning hall, a lounge for the students and a small section for a canteen, the rest of the floors housed the students. They entered the elevator and Shelia typed in their room floor number. "Well, the truth is I have been here a couple number of times."Sheila answered." My cousin is the principal." She added. "Wow. That's awesome." Evnoia looked at her in admiration. "You don't have to stare at me that way. Humble me here." she chuckled, but Evnoia knew she was beaming with pride. Stepping out of the elevator, they almost bumped into a group of girls, who were laughing hysterically. "Watch it." Sheila shouted, stepping out of the way, pulling Evnoia with her. "Oh hi mini P. sorry didn't see you there." The tallest gave a sarcastic apology. "Of course you didn't, blind tree." Sheila retorted and walked away, ignoring their scoffs. Not sparing them a glance, Evnoia followed behind. "Mini p?"Evnoia asked. They were standing beside their room doors. " That's the stupid nickname those lowlifes call me. " She paused "Basically because of my height." "Oh" Evnoia said in realization."sorry" "It is not your fault, don't apologize. You better get in now your robot must be pissed, waiting long for you." Sheila smiled and entered her room. "Robot?" Evnoia asked puzzled as she too entered her room. She almost jumped out of her skin seeing the ton of metal standing beside her door. It's height was just up to her waist and it looked like a female child mannequin. It carried a Notepad. "Princess Evnoia Torivine Delphine." It called. "Yes" She answered still a bit startled. "Did you get lost on your way? Because that happens often. You were meant to be here by 4:45 but you are thirty minutes late." Not giving Evnoia a chance to reply it continued. "I was informed when you left the airport, calculating the eleven hours flight, ten minutes drive to the school, fives minutes registration, twenty minutes walk to the dorm and thirty seconds from the elevator to your room, you should have been here by that exact time and if you should be late, then five minutes should be enough but you humans are always late." It finally ended. If it were human, it would have been glaring at her. "That's good accurate calculating." Evnoia replied with a thumbs up, not minding that she was being scolded for being late. Not that it was her fault in anyway."What are you anyway?" " I am your personal robot, 0450." It introduced itself. "There are no Humans because they are very incapable compared to us robots." "Really?" Evnoia asked raising a brow. "The comparison was really unnecessary." Ignoring her, 0450 gave her a watch and the notepad it held in it's hands. "What are these for?" "The watch is your communication device and the Notepad is the only school material you will ever need. That will be both your reading and writing material." It explained. "The notepad is pretty cool but I got my phone if I need to communicate." She said, fiddling the watch. "The only significant importance of cell phones is to surf the internet. Robots don't need that, besides the watch is much more effective than that human distraction." "Okay, is it just you having a grudge against humans or are you just programmed that way?" Did it really have to make humans look so weak? It wouldn't be in existence if not for humans' esteemed intellect.. "I am stating the obvious. I will come by six tomorrow morning to aid you get ready for school. Humans can never do anything on their own." With that said, 0450 left. Okay, that is a personal grudge and twisted prejudice against humans. Evnoia jumped on her bed, she felt very tired "Gosh." She sighed " I haven't had a good rest for over twelve hours. Mom must have called me more than a zillion times." She removed her phone from her purse, seeing the number of missed calls, she smiled. "They miss me already." Sending a text to her mum, she tossed her phone on the bed. "I feel so sleepy." she yawned. "I will take a short nap, when I wake, I will take a shower and have a good talk with mom on phone." She said to herself. Closing her eyes, she drifted off to sleep.
