CHAPTER 1 Momma is so tagal! She promised that we will go to the mall with my brothers and Papa. Kaso ang tagal nila sa meeting nila with tito Poseidon. "Wynter. Kukuha kami ni Ice ng juice. Want some?" "I want Moo, Kuya Wynd." "You're such a baby."  "Baby pa talaga ako and you are too! Four years old pa lang kaya tayo." "I'm not a baby"  Nakasimangot na umalis na sila ni Kuya Ice. Ako naman nag lakad palabas papunta sa rooftop. I want to see the rose garden. My favorite place here. Ooooohhh! That's..that's... "Hi Wynter!" "Hi Hurri!" "Don't call me Hurri. Marami ng Hurri sa mundo. Call me Hurricane and call me Ate." "Yes, Ate Hurricane." Whenever we see each other lagi na lang niyang sinasabi sakin na dapat tawagin ko siyang ate. "Why do you want to be called ate, Ate hurricane?" "Because you're gonna be my sister someday." "I don't want to I'm my momma's only girl!" She giggled. Then she pat my head. "I know that. You'll be my sister in a different way." "What way?" "When you marry Rain someday..then you'll be my sister." Sigurado akong nag sparkle ang mga mata ko ng marinig ko ang pangalan ni Rain. My Rain! Tumakbo ako palapit kay Rain na una kong nakita kanina. he's sitting on top of a high table and as usual he's reading a book. I heard that Ate Hurricane giggled again then umalis na siya. "RAIN!" Napatingin siya sakin. Nakangiting tumalon ako para maabot ko ang table para uupo ako sa tabi niya. But its too high! Nag sisimula na akong mainis. I know my face is kulay red na because malapit na akong umiyak. I heard rain sighed. Hinawakan niya ako sa waist then he lifteed me up. "Wynter. I told you before, call me kuya." "Rain I also told you before, I don't like calling you kuya, hindi naman kita kapatid eh." "Bakit si Hurricane tinatawag mong Ate?" I pursed my lips. I decided to be honest na lang. Momma said I should always tell what I'm thinking. And she told me na when I really need to lie I should tell something that is close to the truth. ut I dont want to lie right now and I dont need too. "Because Ate Hurricane will be my ate when I marry you." Napa ubo siya. Nanlalaki ang mga mata niya habang nakatingin sakin. "M-mar...ano?" "Marry?" "WYNTER!" Napahawak ako sa tenga ko ng sumigaw siya."What?" "Bata pa tayo." "That's not a problem. I can wait." "Wynter.." "Basta! Sabi ni Momma bago daw ikasal dapat girlfriend boyfriend muna bago pa raw yun dapat liligawan muna." "So liligawan muna kita?" "Hmmm, if I wait for you I'm sure matatagalan yon. Kaya ako na lang ang manliligaw sayo." Napa ubo siya lalo. Malakas na this time. Nag worry ako kasi I know about his heart condition. My momma told me about it. "Rain?" "I'm fine." "Really?" "Yes." Tinapat niya ang muka niya sa muka ko. I don't know why but the instant I saw his face natigil bigla ang pag-iyak ko. "Go to your momma na. Alam kong may lakad kayo." Bababa na sana ako kaso may naisip ako. Lumapit ako kay rain then... Ikissed him on the cheek. Nagulat siya pero hindi na ako tumingin sa kaniya. I hopped down at tumakbo na ako paalis. Nakangiti akong tumakbo pabalik sa laboratory nila momma.  Naabutan ko sila don tapos na ata ang pag-uusap nila. Tumakbo ako kay Papa. "Pa!" "Princess." Inupo niya ako sa lap niya. Lumapit si uya Wynd at inabot niya sakin yung moo. We really look like a lot, kaming tatlo. Pag kakaiba lang I'm a girl. "Momma!" "Yes, sweetie?" "You said that girl shouldn't be kiss. Kasi dapat may relationship na po sila bago yun." "Yes and?" Tumayo ako. Lumapit ako sa tapat ni Tita Mishy and Tito dale."Sorry po tita and tito." "Why. What's the problem?" nag-aalag tanong ni tita mishy. "Kasi po I kissed rain sa cheek and I decided po na starting today, liligawan ko po siya." I saw their eyes widen. Tahimik silang lahat pagkatapos ay bigla na lang natawanan. Ginulo ni momma ang buhok ko. "Good girl Wynter. Sige, ituloy mo lang yan." "Suportado kita baby wynter."natatawang sabi ni tita mishy. Napapailing na lang sila papa. I smiled at them. Soon, magiging girlfriend narin ako ni rain. He's mine! Mine alone!
