WHO IS INCOMPLETE?

I first saw Aleeza Shahbaz with her wheelchair in the Admin Office. She came for an interview. I was sure she would be rejected.  How can a physically handicapped girl be selected as a school teacher? If the principal did not give importance to the good ones, then what kind of one was this Aleeza? But her confidence in which she was talking to the Admin did not indicate that she was suffering from any kind of her disability. I spent that whole day making all sorts of assumptions about Aleeza. I didn't know why I was thinking so much about Aleeza. Maybe I was in awesome of her, but my heart was not ready to admit it. The next day, I received word that Aleeza had been elected, and from that day, I began to quarrel with Aleeza. ''Miss Shanza, you will not teach ninth class from today.'' I looked at Coordinator Noreen in shock. From today, we have appointed Miss Aleeza Shahbaz in charge of the ninth class and senior classes will be seen by the Aleeza. Her academic ability and experience are far superior to yours. We are currently sending you to the junior class. The new timetable will bring you to the top. These words of Miss Noreen were enough to bring me from heaven to the earth.  I cast a hateful glance at Aleeza and walked out of the office without any protest. ''Miss Aleeza is my favorite teacher.'' ''Miss Aleeza's work is very clean.'' ''Miss Aleeza's class control is excellent.'' These are just some goal setting that you can use. The arrival of Aleeza Shahbaz not only diminished my importance but also created problems for many teachers. Now they did not get the appreciation for the simple things that they used to get. We all used to throw a few sentences at her every day about Aleeza's physical disability, but she ignored all these things and kept busy with her work.        The principal appointed Aleeza in charge of the school's affairs. Despite all our efforts, Aleeza's popularity did not diminish, and then one day we had the opportunity to humiliate Aleeza. The annual function of our school was at its peak. As expected, this time Miss Aleeza was looking after all the arrangements. Everything was going so well that I suddenly realized that Miss Aleeza was not in the hall. When I went to the staff room, Miss Aleeza was looking through the files in a state of anxiety. ''What happened Miss Aleeza! How are you''? I asked in my own tone, summing up the sympathy of the world. ''Miss Shanza. I have not to find the result cards of my class students. I just kept it inside the file.'' Aleeza cried by saying this. ''Oh Miss Aleeza Shahbaz, don't worry. I'm looking for you. Will be found,'' I assured Aleeza. “Miss Aleeza! Keep calling you madam”.  You left the function and came here. You weren't expected to be so irresponsible. Furthermore, you left the ceremony and went to the staff room. There is a limit to irresponsibility. You come down ''Noreen came into the staff room in a state of extreme anger and went downstairs talking in a state of rage. Aleeza was greatly insulted that day and many teachers, including me, were relieved. I returned home with the results cards that I had hidden of Aleeza. I was very happy that day and another happy news was waiting for me when I got home. ''Shanza Daughter! Now get ready to at home. Akmal has said, “Yes for your relationship and all this has been made possible because of your colleague Aleeza” ''What; but… '' Surprisingly, I was not told anything. ''Yes Oh No, Dr. Akmal's mother came to your school yesterday to ask about you and Miss Aleeza complimented you in front of Akmal's mother so much that she had to accept.'' My mother hugged me. ''Is this what Akmal's mother told you? ” I couldn't believe it. ''Yes! Who else could tell?  To me, the girl was an angel, and she told me that the girl was crippled in both legs. She spoke helplessly: ''She is not disabled. She is complete.  “Incomplete is who that makes him disabled.” My mother may have said a lot more, but the last sentence from my mother's tongue remained around my ears. I knew I would apologize to Aleeza. I knew she would forgive me, but surely, I knew that I am Incomplete not Aleeza Shahbaz.
