CHAPTER 9
“Would you like to go to the movies with me Friday?” asked Stephan. They were on the way to Tilly’s house after the prom.
“I would like that,” said Tilly.
Stephan and George opened the doors for the girls and escorted them to the front door. Both guys pulled the girls close for a good night kiss.
“I had a great night, if you forget the fight,” said Tilly with a laugh.
“Me, too,” said Stephan. “I’ll pick you up at 6 o’clock Friday. We can get something to eat first.”
“Okay,” said Tilly. She leaned in for another kiss before going inside.
Macy and George had been saying good night in a similar fashion. Macy hurried to join Tilly going inside. The guys left, and Tilly and Macy hurried upstairs quietly before they awakened anyone.
