I thought Dad was dead serious when he told me that no one wants to be my secretary anymore. Now that she’s here, iniwan ko na siya sa pantry area at hinayaan siyang pagtimplahan ako ng kape. Before I left the pantry area, muli akong lumingon sa kanya. I have this weird feeling about this girl. I shook my head and finally walk away.
When I finally entered my office, umupo muna ako. Why is that girl so familiar to me? Have we already met before? Her voice is familiar, too. I wonder when was the last time I saw her and even heard her voice.
Hindi ko na lang muling inisip iyon and just started focusing on my work. I opened my monitor and put my full attention on it, but the hell is wrong with me? I can't even focus! Her voice keeps playing in my mind. This is crazy.
