Chapter 16

"Where's Rohesia?" Aisha asked looking around as she stood with Kendra in front of the town with an army that waited anxiously when suddenly thousands of knights with some ridding horses started appearing around them."Damn that's a lot of knights" Rohesia said walking out from within Aisha's army and next to Aisha. "Glad you could finally join us" Aisha sarcastically told her. The knights infront of them formed a path for the king and Duncan as they rode and stopped in front of them. "You know if you had just stayed in your cell I would've given you a quick and painless death"the king told Aisha who frowned before unsheathing her sword with her dragon armour appearing on her." We both know that's not true" Aisha said and the king looked at Kendra sternly. "Why did you betray me?" he asked her. "For the good of this kingdom and personally to get revenge for my brother, the general you killed who confronted you with Aisha" Kendra replied and the king thought for a while before snapping his fingers and smiling . "You mean that weak pathetic excuse for a general" the king said laughing which made Kendra and Aisha get angry."But he was delicious though and I made sure to savour every part of him isn't that right Aisha?"

"Let's just do this already you bastard" Rohesia said with her eyes glowing as her demonic armour appeared on her. "It's time!!!" Kendra suddenly shouted making everyone look at her but then several knights' armour began turning white and they started attacking those with armour that did not change. "What is the meaning of this!!?" the king angrily asked as he looked around confused at the chaos. "I recruited and inplanted knights in your army over the years that were more than willing to help us take you down" Kendra told him making him frown at her."Everyone attack those knights not in white and help those that are but remember to leave the king and his general to us!!!!" Aisha commanded her army that shouted before despersing into the king's army and fighting. The king dismounted his horse and ripped of his cloak and upper clothing revealing his muscular body that had several scars around it. "It doesn't matter" he said with his eyes glowing before unleashing a large amount of aura around himself. "You still won't be able to defeat me"

"You guys seriously think you can take him on yourselves?" Rohesia asked Aisha and Kendra as she looked at the aura the king was emitting. "I think so" Aisha said gripping her sword harder with Kendra's eyes beginning to glow as she held her sword."That isn't a definite answ....""We've got him, you just focus on Duncan" Aisha interrupted her and she sighed. "Your fu...." she was interrupted by the king dropping from the sky about to hit them but they all dodged and he was left creating a small crater with cracks spread around it. Rohesia watched as the king started fighting both Aisha and Kendra and looked around until she spotted Duncan smiling as he walked towards her. "So, what can you do?" Rohesia asked Duncan before rushing towards him and punching him hard and he went through several knights."Oh s**t, some of them were from my side, my bad" Rohesia said walking past the bloody remains of the knights Duncan had gone through. "Are you done already?" Rohesia asked Duncan as she watched him standing up slowly with blood dripping from the parts of his body that were injured. "Now I wish I had taken the fight against the king" Rohesia said holding him up by the throut but then she felt her aura being sucked away and Duncan smiled as he touched her chest before kicking her away from him and landing on the ground. "Works everytime" Duncan said as his armour repaired itself with his injuries healing. "So, you steal aura huh? " Rohesia asked looking at him but he shook his head. "Not exactly" he replied holding up his hands as a hand print appeared on Rohesia's armour and her aura started being sucked out by it and into the air where it turned into a ball and started growing bigger. Her armour disappeared whilst trying to stop her aura from being drained out but could not as he continued draining it. "And what's this?" Duncan asked as the aura being drained from Rohesia turned from black to red and mixed itself with the black ball of aura already in the air. "You actually have two auras" he said amazed looking at the black and red aura mixing with each other. The handprint then disappeared from Rohesia stopping her aura from being drained and she fell to her knees panting. "What a shame I can only handle this much" Duncan said moving the ball of red and black aura in between his hands."If it wasn't for my limit I'm pretty sure I could've taken much more from you" he told her playing with the ball of auras before holding it in one hand. Rohesis slowly stood up with her eyes trying to glow but they could not. "I feel like I'm f****d here" she said watching as Duncan threw the ball of auras onto the ground with his eyes closed and they broke apart and, whilst his hands moved around them, formed two versions of Rohesia's demonic armour with one being red and the other black. "You have no idea" he said opening his eyes with one now black and the other red. Rohesia felt a very sharp pain in her body and started vomiting out blood."That's odd, I haven't even done anything yet" he said smiling and Rohesia wiped the blood that remained off her mouth and stood in a fighting position with her eyes now faintly glowing."Don't get cocky, I can still whoop your ass" she told him and he smiled as both armours' eyes glowed a bit before they both rushed up to her and punched her as she blocked with both of her arms and slid away. "f**k that hurts" she said looking at her arms that had bruises from the attack. The armours rushed up to her again and started fighting her with Rohesia managing to block and parry a few of their attacks but the rest that landed were hurting her badly. The red armour then managed to grab her leg and started spinning her through some knights that were close by before throwing her to the black armour that repeatedly attacked her making sure she did not touch the ground until it punched her bloody body into the air.Both the red and black armour flew up towards her but suddenly aura swords appeared in front of them and flew into them pushing them down hard to the ground. "I got you" Kendra said catching Rohesia in the air whilst standing on aura swords and several others lined together like a staircase helping her to walk down. Kendra helped Rohesia to stand and she saw how badly damaged Kendra's armour was with some wounds still dripping blood. "Looks like he did a number on you" Rohesia said spitting out blood and wiping some off her face. "Like you're one to talk, seems they're both stronger than we anticipated" Kendra said before Aisha slid next to them with her armour also damaged and had several bleeding wounds. "You guys are more pathetic than I thougth" the king said laughing as he walked towards them with Duncan joining his side with the two aura armours. "If you guys have any ideas of how we can stop getting our asses handed to us you better say them now" Rohesia told them and Aisha looked at her sword. "I guess I'm going to have to resort to it after all" she said holding her sword in front of her with white aura beginning to surround her body as her armour began fusing with her skin whilst repairing itself and her face turned white with silver scales appearing on it. Her sword disappeared into the armour as her hands turned into sharp claws including her feet. "You're telling me you've been holding this since the start of the f*****g battle!?"Rohesia asked looking at her annoyed."I've been waiting for you to take that form " the king said smiling interrupting Aisha from responding to Rohesia."That's why I haven't killed you yet, I still have to pay it back for allowing you to escape all those years ago"

Aisha growled before flying towards the king fast and dragged him away holding his throat tightly as Duncan and the aura armours moved out of their way. "If you've also been holding something back now's the time to unleash it" Rohesia said to Kendra who unsheathed her sword which was covered in blue aura as her eyes turned back into their original colour whilst glowing brightly. "I seriously f*****g hate you both right now" Rohesia said trying to use her aura but couldn't. "Can you still fight?" Kendra asked her. "Of course I can still......." she was interrupted by pains spreading across her body and vomited out a mixture of red and black blood. "s**t" she said dropping to the ground and Kendra looked at her worried. "Rohesia!!" Kendra shouted trying to wake her up but to no vail. "Don't forget" she heard Duncan say and the black armour rushed towards her but she blocked it using her sword."You still have me to face"

"I know" she said pushing the black armour away with her sword. She then closed her eyes before aura came out of her sword and created two blue aura clones of herself."This is new" Duncan said looking at the clones impressed as one of the clones moved back to guard Rohesia's body from enemy knights that may try to attack it. "You know the king is only really after these two, if you surrender now...." "Not interested" Kendra said interrupting him before both her and her remaining clone rushed up to him but they were blocked by both the red and black armour."OK then" he said with his eyes glowing brighter as both the armours started attacking them. Kendra and her aura clone were able to dodge and parry their attacks before both of them raised their hands and a couple of aura swords appeared above them and rushed into both armours to pin them to the ground. They then rushed towards Duncan but he smiled as the armours turned into aura which went into the ground making the swords drop down before appearing back out infront of Duncan and turning back to armour to block both Kendra and her clone.Duncan held up his hands with aura coming out of both armours that created red and black daggers which he held."I'm not as easy to kill as you think" he told her starting to attack them along with the armours. Kendra and her clone struggled to block and dodge Duncan as he attacked them whilst they were focusing on the armours. Kendra's aura clones began getting dimmer the longer they're fights continued including her eyes."This wasn't even supposed to be my fight in the first place so you better come back to finish it" Kendra said panting whilst looking at Rohesia's body before continuing her fight.......

"Let's try this again" Rohesia said back in the land of black flames but the flames were shorter and weaker. She tried summoning up her power with the flames around her rising a bit but failed as the flames went back down before she sighed and sat up against one of the red walls that were still surrounding Rose."Aren't you gonna try to help?" she asked Rose who didn't reply."What am I saying of course you aren't" Rohesia said looking around the land for a while until an idea came to her. "You know I remember that one time you once came down here and forcibly took some of my power for yourself from the demon version of myself " she said standing up and looking at her hands before touching the wall."Maybe I could return the favour and take some of yours as well" she said pushing her hands against the wall with black aura surrounding them. Her hands managed to get through the wall but when they went into contact with Rose's red flames her back falmes turned red and red veins spread from her hands to the rest of her body giving her a large amount of pain. She tried holding back the pain but began to see parts of her body starting to burn off. "f**k this hurts......remember that time........ when you used some of my aura and I was still not in control........ a small fragment of my former self alllowed you to use it..... without it destroying you like yours is doing me" Rohesia said still trying to fight back the pain as more parts of her body continued to burn off. "Look..... I know the old Rose is...... still in there somewhere.... so I'm asking her......to help me.... help her friends" Rohesia said with the pain about to overcome her but then a copy of Rose that wasn't made out of aura came out of her and looked at her. "You sure you're not trying to bullshit me into getting my power?" the copy asked her as Rohesia stopped feeling pain and her body stopped burning off. "Are you f*****g serious right now, I mean you can see what's happening to me as I try to use your aura right? "Rohesia asked her annoyed and Rose smiled before pushing her back as she walked out of the red transparent walls. The black flames around them were now surrounded by red flames that made them stronger and rise higher." That feels good" Rohesia said as she watched the burned off parts of herself come back and felt some of her power returning. "I'm now helping you keep control of my body unlike before, you know, when you couldn't " Rose said smiling making Rohesia frown. "It's not my fault the longer I'm in control of your body the more my aura gets depleted and in turn risks my life, I had to come back in here just to keep it from getting to zero cause.....""When it reaches zero you die" Rose interrupted her no longer smiling."I know"

"Having heard what you said it allowed this fragment of myself to awaken but by coming out I can no longer go back meaning it's gonna be harder to take the original me out of that state" Rose told her looking at aura Rose as the walls around her became darker until they couldn't see through it anymore. "Since we both can't handle this body separately I'll stay here keeping the flow of your aura and some of the aura I still have from my original self resonating with each so to disguise the fact to the body that this isn't the original aura soul in control and also trying to figure out how to snap my original self out of that state and you....don't you have a battlefield to go back to? "

"I have" Rohesia said lifting her hands as a small amount of black aura covered them. "But because of how much that bastard took from me I don't have enough to put up a good fight even though I've regained some of the aura that I was previously using to maintain control"

"But it's our aura his using right? " Rose asked making Rohesia look at her. "All we have to do is absorb it back"

"Ya I know that but still I'm gonna need more aura if I'm going to be able to take it out of his control and absorb it back" Rohesia told her and Rose touched her shoulder. "What I'm going to do is gonna be dangerous since I'm not the original so you better get our aura back fast" Rose told her confusing Rohesia but then Rose turned into aura and covered half of Rohesia...........

"This was fun"Duncan said standing between his armours as they looked at Kendra who was panting as her aura clones were about to fade away."But I think it's time we end this"

"I haven't given up yet" Kendra said holding her sword tighter as her aura clones became brighter. "And I was hoping to give you an unmessy death" Duncan told her as both armours rushed towards her and her clone but then Rohesia appeared in front of them and held both armours' chest. "These are mine" she said in two voices looking at Duncan with one of her eyes now red. She slowly squeezed her hands on the armours that began being sucked back into her. "No!!!" Duncan said holding up his hand trying to pull them back but then Kendra appeared in front of him and cut off his hand."Ya I don't think so" she said watching him scream as he held his arm with blood gushing out from where it used to be. "What took you so long?" she asked Rohesia who was about to finish absorbing the armours. "Had things to deal with" she told her finishing her reabsorption before her the eye that was red turned back to normal. Suddenly Duncan pushed Kendra with his other hand making a handprint which he used to start sucking out her aura with his hand beginning to repair itself and Kendra struggling to move. "Oh no you don't" Rohesia said in her normal voice whilst walking towards him as he tried blasting aura at her with his still regrowing hand but her armour appeared on her deflecting the blast. When she reached him she held his head and before he could touch her crushed it making the body fall to the ground. "You didn't have to be that gruesome" Kendra told her looking at the body and her waving off the blood that was still on her hand with the helmet of her armour disappearing. "He had it coming" Rose said with Kendra sheathing her sword and her aura clones disappearing. "I still don't get why you didn't use that clone thing in the start of the freaking battle?"

"We're in the middle of the ongoing battle so can we talk about this later?"

"Why it's not like anyone is attacking us" she said looking around as the army and white knights continued fighting the kingdom knights around them. "Don't you think that's a little strange?" Kendra said touching her sword and looking around . "Maybe this guy and the king told them to leave us to them, guess they had high hopes of defeating us eas....."she was interrupted by a loud shriek coming from the sky and looked up to see a giant red bird flying down towards them fast." Watch out!!! " Kendra said as they both jumped out of the way before the bird crashed where they were standing." What the f**k was that!?" Rohesia asked quickly standing with Kendra and they looked at where the bird had crashed to see a big hole with red vein like tentecales surrounding it."I think they did have a back up measure" Kendra said with one of the tentecales quickly stretching out and trying to grab their legs but they jumped out of the way. The ground around the hole began shaking before multiple red skinned beasts like the one Rohesia had fought before jumped out and growled at them. "Oh you ugly fuckers are back" Rohesia said but then the beasts grew larger with their skins becoming harder and spikes forming around them. "You fought these things before?" Kendra asked Rohesia who looked at the beasts surprised. "Ya but they weren't anything like this last time" she replied her with her helmet reappearing but then the ground around the hole started shaking again. "What now?" she asked annoyed with multiple red human like creatures that looked like Duncan jumped out with hard skins and spikes coming out of their hands. "I wasn't really hoping to see this face again I mean didn't they get that when I crushed the original one" Rohesia said as a red human like creature surrounded by tentacles with a human face appeared being held up by other tentacles coming out from the hole. "I'm surprised I have to come into battle, usually the king and his generals take down the enemy without a need for me coming in but this is a first which means you two are exceptionally strong " the creature told them in a gritish voice whilst. "You know this thing?" Rohesia asked Kendra who shook her head. "No I've never seen it before" Kendra replied her and the creature frowned. "I'm not an 'it' or a 'thing' I'm a person who was just gifted differently and the name's Aziz" the creature told them and Rohesia and Kendra looked at each. "Ya we're not calling you a person" Rohesia told him and Kendra nodded. "It would be an insult to the word" Kendra said making him angry as he stretched out his hand and the creatures rushed towards them.........
