Alpha? Azalea Luna? Azalea

“Azalea, if I have to shout you up one more time that’s it!” My mum shouted from the hall way. That’s all she had to say before I shot out of bed. “Ok mum, I’m out of bed” I say with a sigh. Last time my mum said that there was ice cold water chucked on me whilst I was asleep. I walked into my walk in wardrobe and pulled out some underwear and my school uniform. Our school uniform looks like any schools really, black blazer, grey skirt or grey trousers, black tights/white socks. The only thing that really stands out is the packs crest on the shirt collars, you would never see anywhere else because it’s made for only our pack. I tie up my long brown hair into a high pony and add a little bit of mascara to make my blue eyes pop and some lip balm. It’s the first day of my last year in school, which means I have to move to a new school located outside the packs lands and on civil grounds where any wolf can go and most wolfs do unless your a rogue. I will be learning how to become an alpha this year. I’ve done all the basic training at my old school on the pack grounds and with my dads training. Now it’s time to get out there and learn how to become the best Alpha I can be for my pack and learn how to play nice with other. That last one is gonna need some attention. Everyone else will be learning their own positions in the pack. We will be given normal school lessons like maths, English, history and science etc but we also have a period called positions. Were all the alphas will be in one class, the highest position in the pack, then a Luna class and beta, gamma so on. This helps learn more about what our packs need from us as alphas and what we’re responsible for but also to keep/make alliances with other packs. Kyle who will be the next beta, burst through my bedroom door. “Morning, you ready to go?” Kyle said all cheerfully. I was getting my boots on, sitting on the chair at my desk. Kyle is a morning person if you haven’t guessed. I am not. I love my bed way to much to love mornings like Kyle does we are complete opposites. “Yeah let’s go.” I said standing up and grabbed my shoulder bag off the chair. “Everyone has already left.” Kyle said. We walked out the pack house and jumped in my car and set off for our first day at our new school. I drove half an hour outside the pack territory grabbed a bacon sandwich with a tea from a bakery for my breakfast as I got up late and couldn’t get breakfast with the rest of the pack, like Kyle did. 10 minutes later we was driving into the school parking lot. This school is huge. Just a bit bigger then our pack house. The pack house has to be big because it houses the alphas, betas and the grammas family’s, as well as all the unmated fighter wolfs with some Omegas but most of them are fighters anyway. I parked fairly close to the entrance and stepped out of my car with Kyle. “So remember this is a new school so leave all that bullshit you did back in our old school behind us and pay attention here.” Kyle said as he came around the car to me. You would this be was the older sibling. “Yes Kyle I’ve got it, no bullshit behaviour. But if some b***h ask for it I can’t promise anything.” I tell Kyle as I get my bag from the back set and passed him his. He chuckled and said “Just try and stay in the good books with the teachers and don’t piss off any future Alphas.” I laughed and started walking towards the front entrance. We walked through the big metal doors with fancy patterns on. So pretty. We walked into a big wight/grey hall with stair case’s starting on either side of the room, meeting on either side of the big elegant balcony, with a big chandelier in the middle of the roof. At the bottom on the stairs another two corridors start leading somewhere out of the room on the right and left. There’s a big fancy desk in the middle of the stairs with two receptionist sat sorting students out with what papers they need. What I love the most is the stone walls and plants everywhere you look. It is amazing. We see everyone else sat on the chairs at the front near the windows. So we walk over to them. Violet saw use first and ran and jumped into my arms. Violet is I very close friend and a very bubble one. You know what they say about small bubble people come with fire and I hate to get on the bad side of this fierce bubble because when it pops it’s not pretty. “Good morning sleepy head.” Violet said “Good morning.” I said as I sat down and she jumped off me into her own chair. “I have all your class schedules and a map. We have mostly the same classes.” Violet says handing me some papers. “What’s up Zalie.” Jayson nods his head at me. “Hey” Katie waves from Jayson’s lap. We all greet one another and Violet passes Kyle his things he needs to start the day. She doesn’t just make sure I have everything I need but also my little brother, Kyle. I hope those two become mates. Violets my age which means she will know before Kyle does. Mates are like soulmates to humans. The Goddess makes us perfect for our other half, our mate. Once we turn 18 we get to find our mates. Some people don’t get a chance to find their mate or their dead. If that happened then they can have a chosen mate which you chose. When mates meet each other the mate pull is to strong most of the time, no one can go against it but if you feel like the goddess has chosen wrong for you, then you can reject your mate, which hurts both party’s involved. The more into the mating it happened the more it hurts. I’m 17 years old so I will be able to find my mate soon. I’ve been dreaming about it my whole life. I just hope he’s not pigheaded and won’t mind that I’m an Alpha female. The bell rings telling use there’s 5 minutes before class starts. Me and Violet rush to find English, which happens to be on the other side of the school. The lesson dragged on for an hour then we have maths for another hour. A half an hour break for some snacks, then my favourite lesson history. Everything was running smoothly until the period after lunch. Physical. We train in our skin and wolf form here. I’ve only trained in my skin form really, I have a average body for an Alpha wolf. I’m 5 foot 7’ with a toned body, I keep in shape with training all the time. My dad has been training me the past 6 months in my wolf form so I can still fight but there’s still learning to do and that’s exactly what I’m here to do. I met up with Violet and Kate for physical period to go get changed. We walk into the changing rooms and I get into the sports shorts that just fits below my bum and my top with our crest on the left of my chest, sitting there proudly. “You ready to go.” Kate asked standing up after tying her shoes. Kate has long black hair with green eyes. She’s 5 foot 8’ so pretty tall. Her mate Jayson has blond short cut curly hair with dark brown eyes. He’s 6 foot. Not all of us are tall tho. Violet’s tinny frame was bent over on the bench in the middle of me and Kate. She stands at 5 foot 4’ with fiery ginger hair and crazy curls. With grey eyes. “Yeah, lm set. You ready Violet?” I ask as I finish putting my hair in a tight bun to stay out the way whilst we’re training. “I’m good. Lets get this over with.” Violet says standing up. We walk out the changing rooms, being the last once left and make our way to the field where the class takes place. Everyone is standing around talking waiting for the coach to turn up. We all train together, all ranks no exemptions, everyone learns how to fight so they can protect themselves if there’s ever an attack. Everyone quiets down as the coach walks up to us. “Right lady’s and gentleman, welcome to your first physical lesson of the year. We will do a warm up with 2 laps around the field then everyone get paired up and we will start with sparing to see what level each of you are at and we will get into groups. Let’s go!” The coach shouted to everyone. We all started running. Me Kate and Violet stay at a steady pace in the middle of the group. “I’m gonna spend up I’ll meet you back at the start.” I tell Kate and Violet once we get half way around the first lap. I speed up a little not going full sprint so I don’t use all my energy on the warm up. I get in front of everyone just before we start the second lap. Most of the alphas are up front and didn’t like the fact a women was beating them, with ease might a say. So they all started running quicker turning the warm up into a race. I won by a few seconds. One of the other alphas comes to a stop next to me. “Wow your fast.” He says. He puts his hand out “Azalea” I say as I shake his hand. He pulled his hand back when his palm hits mine, like my hand was on fire. He looks at me then turns and walks away. What’s up with that and my wolf is stirring. ‘What was that about’ I asked my wolf . ‘I don’t know’ was all she said. Helpful as always. Coach has paired everyone up and I’m with some beta called Jade. I mean I think she’s a beta with the power coming off her. She throw the first punch getting straight into it. I dodged it easy. With the force she put into the punch she lost her footing a little and nearly fell. “Stay away from Alpha Blake. He’s mine.” She said going for another punch but I moved her arm, being faster then her and punched her in the torso. She bent over looking up at me with glowing brown eyes, which means her wolf is just on the surface. Who the hell is Alpha Blake and why is she so pissed. This is the first time I’ve ever even seen this person. “He’s mine!” She growled and charged at me with all her force. Seeing all the power she was using I wasn’t about to hold back. I waited till she was just a foot away before I punched her straight in the face busting her nose making her tumble back a bit. Not giving her much chance to recover I jumped up and round house kicked her in the side. She went flying hitting the floor with a few rolls. Violet, Kate, Jayson and Kyle all rushed over to me when they saw I wasn’t done yet. Both guys had one shoulder each and the girls was standing in front of me trying to calm me down. “Leave it Azalea” Kate said “It’s not worth it” “What the hell happened” Violet said frustrated because we’ve been having a good first day. Just then the coach spoke up “What’s going on here” he asked everyone whilst looking between me and Jade who was just coming around with a few people around her. The Alpha that I had that weird handshake with was standing close by with his friends not really paying attention to what was going on down there, with his eyes pinned on me. I calmed down as soon as my eyes met his but the anger was soon replaced by a little stab of pain in my chest as he quickly turned his eyes away to look at Jade on the floor finally giving her his attention. “I’m good you can let go now” I said calmly. They let me go and I stepped forward. “Sorry coach Windsworth, that was my fault shouldn’t of done that last kick my bad” I said walking over to Jade to help her the rest of the way up. Trying to patch this s**t up because I don’t want to get in trouble on my first day. “Hell no b***h, you f**king attacked me.” She shouted to me. “Lake she can’t get away with this” she said turning to the weird handshake guy who is now crouched down next to her. This pisses me and my wolf off but I don’t know why, maybe because she was lying or maybe because “Lake” is crouch down near the floor, next to her not even looking my way once. I start walking backwards shrugging looking at coach and Jade saying “If you didn’t want me to beat your ass then you shouldn’t of come at me full force” I look down at Jade who has nearly healed apart from the broken nose, she will be walking around with a couple of black eyes the rest of the day and maybe tomorrow depending on how fast she heals. She and “Lake” got up. “Lake” finally looked at me and said “You shouldn’t have attacked her like that” “F*ck you she attacked me and you think I’m gonna stand by and let that happen!” I growled at them. What makes him think I would just back down. “Ok you two go get cleaned up the rest of you in groups doing different activities I’ve set up around the field.” The coach shouted coming to stand in front of me. Everyone went to different activities whilst I walked off the field with Violet and Kate on my heels. I have no idea where Jade and weird handshake guy “Lake” went.
