CHAPTER SEVENTEEN
“Mr. Copeland?” Tamrin, Grant’s newest female servant, rushed into his home office as if something were on fire. “Mr. Copeland, sir?” The 23-year-old fidgeted beside his desk, tugging on her skirt.
“My god.” He paused from computer work. “What is it now? I’m busy.”
“Mr. Reed was arrested earlier today.” She bucked her baby-blue eyes. “For murder.”
“What the hell are you talking about?”
“I saw it on the local news.” She grabbed the remote and turned on the wide-screen TV on the wall.
