Nagkatitigan sila. Nanghahamon ng sagot. After a few seconds, they both laughed at each other’s indecision.
A phone ring stopped their moment. Tiningnan ni Max ang screen ng phone at nag excuse kay Aurora para sagutin ang tawag at lumayo konti.
She let Max take the call and waited for a moment saka bumalik ito sa kanya.
“I gotta go. I’m sorry.”
Bahagya siyang nadismaya pero hindi niya yun pinahalata.
“Take care then. I’ll just roam around until my classes starts.”
“Okay. Call me if you get lost.” Nakangiting bilin nito at umatras na palayo.
I think I’ll get lost in your eyes than here in campus. Umiling siya sa awtomatikong boses sa kanyang isip.
