THIS MAN, Mike is insane like his wife, Zoren thought as Mike tried to explain himself to him. He didn't know where that was all coming from. Everything Mike said to him, he did not know that his buddy had been feeling that way for a year that he had a wife.

Mike was trying to control his emotions and he was trying not to cry in front of him. "You know the hardship I'm going through right now. I just want to enjoy at least one night with you and Andrew." Mike kept on explaining his side and telling him that he only wanted to enjoy at least one night with them.

He didn't like Mike's explanation. Mike entered a relationship, he entered the married life, he liked having a wife and now he is becoming like this. "Why did you lie to me?" he asked him, "You could have just told me everything, I could have helped you." Which was true, He would have helped him if he hadn't lied to him. Why does he have to lie to his wife?

"But you will not understand me," he growled as if Mike knew that he would not understand him if Mike told him the truth. "You'll just tell me that I was wrong and I was being a hard-headed husband," Mike added.

"I'll try to understand and I might even help you. You should not have lied to your wife. I would have said to her about it. That's easy." He was still insisting that what he did was wrong and he should have let him know about it so he could have helped him. Mike's wife would not have slapped him and this will not happen. does he think his wife will trust him? No longer. This might even be the reason for the destruction of their marriage. Mike was not thinking. He thought he might have been very confused now in his marriage life.

"You know I won't be allowed to do that if I'm not going to work. For sure she will say no to you if you ask for her permission." Mike reasoned out, that it never runs out of excuses and is just pure negativity. Nothing came out of his mouth, as if he was pessimistic.

"What do you think will happen after this?" he asked Mike, looking straight into his eyes, he wanted Mike to realize the consequences of lying to his wife.

"I... I don't know, what's more important right now was I was able to enjoy the night with my friends and she forgave me," Mike tells him, feeling like he was speaking with a different Mike because of its reasons that usually not the way his buddy thinks. He feels like his buddy was not in his right mind for now.

"Do you think your wife is dumb? Do you think she will believe everything you said about this night to her after this night?" He asked his buddy, trying to still make him realize but he was losing the chance of it since his friend's mind was already stuck to what he was thinking.

"Yes, she believed in me." Mike stood up and faced him like he was proud that his wife believed in his lies.

He shook his head and he looked at his buddy very disappointed. He could not believe that Mike could lie to his wife. That Mike could let his wife slap him for his own sake. "You're dumb, Mike. Fix this and don't lie to her again. She did not deserve that." That was the only statement that he could do for him. He's losing a chance for his friend.

"I know," Mike said as if he knew that he had done the wrong thing.

"You knew but then you did it. What a coward you are bro?" He asked him, very disappointed. He was now irritated by the look on his friend's face. He wanted to punch him but he just stopped himself because he didn't want to make a mess in his house.

"I know, I apologized. This won't happen again, I promise." Mike promised that this wouldn't happen. He did not seem convinced with his words and the way he said it.

"You know? You shouldn't ask me for forgiveness but your husband," he simply said and Mike agreed with it. He didn't argue with him anymore.

"Make sure of that. I will let it go for now but if this happens again, I am the one who will teach you a lesson, do you understand?" he asked him for an agreement and his buddy immediately answered him with yes.

"Yes, I understand. Thank you, bro! That is why you are the best, man!" Mike said and formed a smile on his face because he forgave him.

"You owe me. You still need to go with me to the Almazon's Forest." Zoren still hasn't forgotten Almazon's Forest, no matter what happens they have to go there and he fears that they might meet the man who threatened to kill him.

"We will go there tomorrow, I promise I won't be late at your home I'll be there exactly 7 in the morning," Mike said with a smile on his face assuring him that he would not be late for tomorrow.

"Let's do it on Sunday. I have to make up with my meetings." He said he can't afford to lose more meetings and appointments with his clients. He might lose a lot of money just because of this nonsense feeling that he was having for that man.

"Cool. I remembered my wife has a weekly check-up and I need to go with her tomorrow morning," Mike scratched his head because of what he remembered and his face was asking for apologies again with him.

After he and Mike had an agreement that they would reschedule their visit to the Almazan Forest, he decided to leave Mike's house and go somewhere.

"Zoren?" the woman was shocked to see him because it was already dawn and her favorite customer was there, she treated him as if he were her son. She was so happy to see him. She did not expect to see him in her coffee shop, her coffee shop is open 24 hours, and she was always there at midnight up until 7 in the morning, and then she would visit her other branches around 8 am up until 10 am before she goes home and sleep and do some other stuffs. She was very hard working and at the age of 45, she did not have a husband and children. But she was fine with it, she preferred to be alone after three heartfuckingbreaks of her life.
