Julian POV
The emotions inside me were swept away in a tornado and I ran back to the village in a trance. I couldn’t make sense of what I was feeling and I didn’t really know what I was supposed to do now.
When I came back to the village, I shifted back to human form and my dad gave me a pair of basketball shorts.

“I let her go.” I said quietly and started to walk past my dad.
