Taking William’s advice, Rylee decided to entrust Darius with a discreet, yet essential, mission. The goal was for him to look into the woman with the derby hat and gather information before the newborns took matters into their own hands. This approach would prevent the newer pack members from getting involved in an investigation for which they lacked training or perspective.
