What a 1st Day

Chapter 2

Austin

"Austin!!!!" I heard my mum shouting from downstairs. "Wake Up! Your gonna be late on your first day at your new school" Today is my 1st day at Bayview High, "Hello Junior Year " I sulked as I climbed out my bed to get ready for school. My mom and I moved to Boston 2 weeks ago when she got her dream job at Berklee as the new Dean of Dance. I love my mom but I hate that we had to move, leaving my life and friends behind. "I'm up" I shouted back at her throwing on my leather jacket and lacing up my boots before I make my way down for breakfast. "your gonna miss the bus Austin" mom said in a disapproving tone as I sat at the table eating my waffles. "I'll take my bike mum, what's the big deal! I've been riding it all through spring break" my mum hates my bike she says it gives people the wrong 1st impression of me. I just gave her a thumbs up and made my way out the front door and hopped on my bike.

As I entered the parking lot to my new school there where some jocks hanging around the parking lot with cheerleaders, not focusing on where I was going I accidently scraped a white Jeep Wrangler on the back door and the alarm blurred nonstop. 2 of the jocks raced over to me fury in theirs eyes as they approached me "WHAT THE f**k!!!!! I just got this paint job done you son of a b***h" one of the jocks wailed as the other laughed hysterically. "What are you laughing at Chase, mom's gonna kill me!" he said to the other jock who looked a lot like him. "Dude your dead meat!" Chase said as he looked at me. I too out a couple hundred bucks "That should cover the damages" as I threw it at the other jock as I got off my bike. As I turned to walk off I was instantly jerked back and felt a burning as his fist landed on my jaw "I'M GOING TO FUCKIN KILL YOU,YOU LITTLE PIECE OF s**t!!!" it happened so quickly I couldn't control myself, before i knew it we were tumbling on the ground throwing jabs at one another and then the security came running towards us. "Elliot lets go!" Chase called out to the guy who was trying to smash my face in. We both stopped in our tracks before we ran off out of the parking lot "this isn't over" Elliot shouted as he made his way back to the school entrance.

I made my way to the bathroom to fix myself before entering my class. "What a way to start of my 1st day at my new school" I sulked to myself as I watched the bruises under my eye. I walked into my homeroom class unexpecting the teacher to be there already" Nice of you to join us Mr. Parker, I'm Professor Williams your home room teacher, class this is Austin Parker, please take a seat " I scanned the class and there she was, a cute brunette head down in her book and couldn't care about anyone around her. I walked to the back of the class taking the empty seat opposite her watching how intense she read her book " Hey I'm Austin" I watched her waiting for a response but nothing came. The girl next to her squealing softly nudged her shoulder and pointed at me, she tilted her head to me and gave a slight wave then focused back on her book. "Who is this girl?"
