AUTHOR’S NOTE
Sharp-eyed readers who dipped into my Emily YA series years and years and years ago (we're talking 2003, people!) may find a few passages of this book familiar. That would be because I took the original book, The Year My Life Went Down the Loo, and rewrote most of it, bringing Emily up to date with modern times, and more importantly, making her older so she could explore having adult relationships.
I had so much fun updating Emily, allowing her to have a relationship with Fang, and giving her more grief than she ever thought possible, I decided to continue updating all the rest of her series in the near future.
