“What the hell is this?”
I looked up as a tablet flew towards my head. I moved my chair in time for it to slam against the window. The tablet bounced off the window glass and landed on the carpet.
“What the f**k, Bianca?”
She swept the papers off my table and yelled. The other assistants who were outside Atlas's and my offices stood up, phones in hand, ready to call security.
“What? I should be asking you that?”
I cringed. Bianca’s usual formal appearance melted away to reveal this beast. I’d only ever seen it a few times. This Bianca was terrifying. I wondered what I did to bring her out. I rose from my seat slowly, closing my laptop and setting it aside in case she wanted to throw it away.
