------------
The prophecy has existed for so long that only the elders of the Transcendental Council remember much about its inception; there is only one member of the original Council left as he is a Vampire, or blood born. It's kept in such secrecy that the world turned what was once a fear of death and destruction in to a fairytale that most don't believe will ever happen. Thousands of years ago during the first race war there was a young oracle who saw the end to the war by the creation of the council. That same oracle saw the destruction of the council by what has been reduced in name to the hybrid war.
The race war ended when those not born of man agreed to put aside their claims to dominance in the world in exchange for the safety of mutual survival. Those born of blood and the Lycan born agreed to live in the shadows allowing man to flourish. In exchange they would only be hunted when the treaties were broken by making themselves known. The Angel and Demon born agreed to life above and below life, taking over the afterlife and only keeping a select few on Earth in the form of Nephalim or possession. Not all creatures joined the council; those that required binding with man stayed out, not wanting to be limited by the oversight. The fae chose to become more elusive and are rarely seen. Lastly, human born magic formed their own covens to keep themselves from being used by any one power. They participate in the council as an ally but their only allegiance is to themselves.
The council started with representatives from the blood born, lycan born, both an Angel and Demon born, 3 representatives from the world of Man and 2 allied Witches or Warlocks. Over time the council became concerned of the intentions of man; they wanted more power and became greedy. Their need to control the council became too much. The magic born started to choose not to attend meetings more and more. Lastly, the Lycan born and Blood born started their own race councils with only those in power speaking to the other races. The council of all the worldly beings seemed to have died; but the prophecy always stayed. At least this is what most had assumed, in truth they were always there watching and waiting for the time to come. The representatives from the Lycan and Vampire Councils were named Royals, to make their succession easier. The Witches formed a Grand Coven, again to keep their leader present and succession moving forward. The most difficult was the human elders, they needed to be trusted members of the human race that had the power for change, but the ability to move freely.
The prophecy foretold that there would be a time when the world would have to choose if they accepted the blending of the paranormal species to create a new world order or if they would push to destroy the hybrids and maintain the pure blood species. The start of the war would come when the child of 2 Lycan born hybrids would find their mate. The rest would be decided by the greed and fear present in the world.
21 year ago a girl was brought in to this world; No Elder expected her to be the start of the end. Her lineage was tied to a blood born Lycan and an Angel born Lycan; being unique in having never been born of man, only the supernatural world. Her parents knew she would be hunted, and as such kept her safe for 2 years before they came for her. As her home was destroyed and her parents killed no one knew she had already been sent away to the one place that would keep her safe from harm; the Lycan Council.
The young seers would continue to watch and wait for the time to step forward. The Transcendental Council would eventually make itself more known to the world as they felt the start nearing. Above all else they worked tirelessly to put guardians in to her life that would help her when the time came. She was born of one of the strongest Council Lycans, even if she didn't know it. Soon she would surpass all of the Council members and lead a war to end all wars, even the Transcendental Council had to decide their fate; would they join her or would they fight against her? One would mean bowing to a new Queen, the other could mean death to all. As the time for decisions neared and lines were drawn in the sand some made moves in the shadows to try and stop a war before it started, some were even hiding in plain sight as friends.
