The Millionaire Alpha

“Where are you?” calls Brian to his assistant Rebecca. At 15, Brain Humphries is the world’s youngest billionaire and philanthropist. His Father Michael, Passed away from a horrible plane accident on the way home from a meeting with Xavier Black, the CEO of Black Enterprises. When the will was read by Peter, Michael’s longest confidant, and Brian’s godfather, it was known that when Brian turned 15, he would inherit a 50% stake in his father’s company? The other 50% would be held by Peter until Brian matured at 18, at that time he would not only become 100% shareholder in Humphries Enterprises, unbeknownst to Brian he would inherit a lot more than that. You see, Brian’s father is the alpha to the orange moon pack and as his son, Brian would one day become the alpha. When Michael died Brian was a mere pup at 5 years old so Peter chose to send Brian to live with his grandparents so that way Brian may grow up a normal life and not have to live up to such a legacy. So, while Brian was growing an empire, Peter and His interim Beta were fighting a much bigger war. Before Michael passed away, he made a blood oath to bind peter to Brian so that way he would keep watch and protect Brian while he was growing up and until he came of age at 18 and could step into his role of alpha. “In your office, Mr. Humphries” called Rebecca. Brian comes sauntering back through the Large Black double doors that lead to the large office that Brian calls home.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         It has large floor-to-ceiling windows, 6ft tall walls and high ceilings, and a very beautiful overlook of the city of Brocktonburg. As Brian walked around his Large executive desk made from mahogany wood, He sighed. He was so bored of going to meetings and selling and buying companies. He wants More. He does not Feel like his Life is being fulfilled, He feels like something is missing. He turns to his assistant and says, “I need you to please email me the files on the latest merger with black Enterprises I am going on my yearly retreat, and I would like to do a little recon before I go into this meeting, so I don’t go into it blind.”  Rebecca spins around on the heels of her Louboutin’s and says, “Right away Mr. Humphries, Would you like to have me send them to your email or your iPhone?”. He sat and pondered for a moment, what would my world be like if dad were still here. Would I have all this responsibility or would I live the life of a normal child? Would I be worried about going to parties and what grade I got on my spelling test? But instead, I am worried about will I make payroll? Will I make this meeting on time? or Do I have enough time to start a family? That last question has been on my mind lately. Ever since I have been able to remember I have always been taught that business comes first. But when does it come to the point where I can worry about myself and my personal life instead of being holed up in this stuffy office doing business deals with old men in suits when I should be focusing on my life and parting and finding my perfect lady and starting a family? Before Brian turns to leave his office, he grabs his cellphone briefcase, and his jacket turns off his computer since he has a loon g weekend away. He is heading to North Carolina to visit his Uncle Peter and Aunt Janet. He walks through hi9s office and stops at his assistants’ desk and reminds her to hold all his calls and he would-be e back Monday. He then heads to his penthouse suite in his Maybach. As he drives, he lets his mind wander, and he goes back to the memories that he has of his father. As he pulls up to his building, He is greeted by Jake the bellhop. He walks to the elevator to head upstairs to pack for his trip from Brocktonburg to Whiskeytown North Carolina. But just as the doors close the bellhop puts his hands in the door and says “Mr. Humphries, while you were gone you got a rather peculiar package it has been brought upstairs for you”. Brian said to the bellhop “Thank you so much, Jake, If I don’t see you before I leave you to have a fantastic weekend” As the door closes his mind wanders. What could the package be? Who Would be sending him anything?
