Silas's father had come to see him about a week ago and yes Silas knew that he didn't come to spend some father son quality time with him. He had come to start trouble and wreck havoc upon his peaceful life and this is how the conversation went  "Silas I have good news."  he entered his office as if he owned the building  "What do you sir?"  Silas called his father sir because well he was more of a commander than he was father which is probably what killed his mother.  "I have found a woman for you to marry. You're too old to be a bachelor."  Now Silas wasn't paying attention to his father like he didn't pay attention to him when he was young until he said those words. He absolutely had no right and I mean no right at all to his personal life like that. "I'm sorry sir what did you say?"  Silas heard what his father said but he needed him to confirm and slowly so that he just decided to start another war between them after such a long time of peace.  "Oh don't worry she is from a very wealthy family."  Mr. King wore the most brightest smile and Silas finally knew that it was never about him being a bachelor at his age it was once again just his father's greed.  "Who is she?"  Silas knew saying No to his dad wouldn't solve anything in fact it will just make him go crazy and plot the craziest things ever like he did when he broke off his "best friends"  wedding so that he can have his wife all to himself  which didn't last because after three months he started having an affair with his assistant. "Esmerey De Le Ray."  that name seemed to escape his tongue so smooth and Silas thought about it for the moment  "You mean the unseen princess?"  he asked just to make sure and Mr. King nodded with a proud smile.  "How did you even get there?"  Silas was curious about which method he used this time  "I have my ways."  he grinned and Silas just side eyed him  "Well thank you Sir but I already have a girlfriend and I will be proposing to her very soon."  Silas lied in a very chilled way after all he was his fathers son. His father looked at him as a lion would look at its prey and Silas knew what followed that look. He immediately paged Craig his assistant and told him to get security. Mr. King carried a cane wherever he went, he didn't need of course but he had it and mostly he used it to assault his son and other people but mostly his son. He was ready to go hit Silas with that cane when two security man came and took him out, they didn't even need to ask they already knew him very well. Of course the whole company didn't know about Mr. King just those who work with him closely. Silas knew that his father was gone for the time being but he will show up again probably at his house this coming weekend to come and disturb his peace, and Silas knew he had to have a fiancé by that time. Grant was the only man Silas could go and ask for help from at this time and it was obvious that he needed to hire an actor but they needed a trustworthy young woman who was full of elegance but at the same time feisty enough to handle Mr. King. "Briggs would be fine, I mean she is not scared of you plus she already ahs met your dad several times."  Silas rolled his eyes at Grant's stupid idea  "yeah and she is a college student plus isn't Briggs a lesbian?"  Silas had always viewed Maddie the very same she dressed which was not attractive at all. "Really, she is a lesbian?"  Grant asked trying to piece it together and Silas wondered why his friend was so blind and stupid  "I just always thought she was a tomboy."  he explained himself and Silas gave up on him.  "Fine what about your new help?"  Grant made another impulsive suggestion  "why would you even think of her?"  Silas asked confused as to what was going on in his friends head  "well she is kind of hot plus she has fire."  he smiled thinking about that one time they met  "Are you picturing her right now?"  Silas asked with a look of disgust in his face and Grant nodded with a foolish smile  "Stop that!"  Silas commanded and Grant shrugged. "She won't say agree so easily."  Silas told Grant after they sat there for about thirty minutes and no girl came to mind.  "well you have to make her agree."   Grant exclaimed and Silas thought about deeply then he stood up and paged Craig.  "Craig I need you to do some background check on Ruby Scotts for me."  Craig nodded and off he was to do his work.  "What do you think we will find to use to push her?"  Grant asked and Silas sighed  "Hopefully a lot."  he wasn't proud of himself for doing this, he hated using his father's tactics to get to people but Ruby was perfect for this role and besides they already had the chemistry and after the workers saw how he treated her when she fell sick that would be their biggest advantage. She was perfect!
